What it does
Target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the number of cards in your graveyard.
Rulings
2 official rulings, in the order Wizards published them.
- 2019-10-04
Festive Funeral is still on the stack while you determine the value of X. It doesn't contribute to the value of X.
- 2019-10-04
The value of X is determined only as Festive Funeral begins to resolve. The target creature's power and toughness won't change if other cards are put into your graveyard later in the turn.
Rulings are Wizards of the Coast's own, mirrored from Scryfall and refreshed nightly.

Prices from Scryfall, which tracks the TCGplayer and Cardmarket markets. They move daily and are a guide rather than a quote. Search TCGplayer for Festive Funeral. It runs a name search across every version, which covers the printings TCGplayer publishes no direct link to.
Aggregated from Commander games tracked in TurnZero HQ. Every figure counts decks and games only. No individual deck list, player or playgroup is identified. Win rates are withheld below 5 completed games, where the sample is too small to mean anything.
