This page explains how to delete your TurnZero HQ account and the data attached to it. It applies to the TurnZero HQ app on Android (com.turnzerohq.app) and iOS, and to turnzerohq.com — they are one account.
This is immediate and needs nothing from us:
Your account is deleted as soon as you confirm, and you are signed out. There is no waiting period and no approval step, so there is also no way to undo it.
If you have already uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, email support@turnzerohq.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. Sending it from that address is what lets us confirm the account is yours; if you cannot, tell us the email address on the account and we will write to it before deleting anything.
We action these within 30 days, and normally within a few days.
Deleting your account removes, permanently:
Your decks, statistics, play identity and personal history stop being reachable at the same moment, because nothing can resolve to your account any more.
TurnZero HQ records games played by a group of people, so some of what you took part in is also somebody else's record of their own evening. Two things therefore remain after deletion:
If you would like your name removed from those historical records as well, say so in an email to support@turnzerohq.com and we will do it by hand.
Deleted data can persist in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days before those backups age out. It is not accessible through the app or the site during that time, and it is never restored to bring an account back.
You do not have to delete the whole account to remove most things. Decks, gatherings, games, photos, moments and uploaded playmats can each be deleted individually inside the app, and your account stays as it is.
