These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TurnZero mobile and web application (the "Service"), operated by TurnZero LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Let us know right away at support@turnzerohq.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the game data, photos, moments, and other content you submit through the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant TurnZero LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the Service — including sharing it with other members of your playgroup, as the Service is designed to do, and using it to generate features like AI night recaps and deck ratings.

You're responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to share it. Don't upload anything that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

•

Harass, abuse, or harm other users

•

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems

•

Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through automated scraping or bulk data extraction

•

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

•

Upload content that's defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights

Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is free to use, with optional paid subscription plans that unlock additional features. Pricing and billing terms for paid plans are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store you subscribed through. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google Firebase for authentication and storage and the Scryfall API for card data. Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant. We aren't responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by TurnZero LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Magic: The Gathering, Commander, and related card names and imagery are trademarks and copyrighted material of Wizards of the Coast LLC. TurnZero LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@turnzerohq.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data (including game history or AI-generated content) will be accurate or preserved indefinitely.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurnZero LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
