These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TurnZero HQ mobile and web application (the "Service"), operated by TurnZero HQ LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Let us know right away at support@turnzerohq.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.
You retain ownership of the game data, photos, moments, and other content you submit through the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant TurnZero HQ LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the Service — including sharing it with other members of your playgroup, as the Service is designed to do, and using it to generate features like AI night recaps and deck ratings.
You're responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to share it. Don't upload anything that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
The Service is free to use, with optional paid subscription plans that unlock additional features. Pricing and billing terms for paid plans are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store you subscribed through. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google Firebase for authentication and storage and the Scryfall API for card data. Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant. We aren't responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by TurnZero HQ LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Magic: The Gathering, Commander, and related card names and imagery are trademarks and copyrighted material of Wizards of the Coast LLC. TurnZero HQ LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@turnzerohq.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data (including game history or AI-generated content) will be accurate or preserved indefinitely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurnZero HQ LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
