These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TurnZero HQ mobile and web application (the "Service"), operated by TurnZero HQ LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for agreeing to these Terms, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Let us know right away at support@turnzerohq.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.
You retain ownership of the game data, photos, moments, and other content you submit through the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant TurnZero HQ LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the Service, including sharing it with other members of your playgroup, as the Service is designed to do, and using it to generate features like AI night recaps and deck ratings.
You're responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to share it. Don't upload anything that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
The Service is a companion for trading card games played with physical cards. It helps you search and catalog cards, manage your collection, build decks, and record the games you play. It is not an official product of any game's publisher, and it is not a digital version of any game.
Card names, card text, images, set information, format legality, and similar details come from third-party card databases and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Each game's publisher decides its official rules, card rulings, and banned and restricted lists; where the Service disagrees with the publisher, the publisher is right. Don't rely on the Service in place of a game's official rules or a judge at a sanctioned event.
Which games the Service supports, and which features are available for each, can change. We may add a game, limit the features offered for a game, stop showing card images for a game, or stop supporting a game, including where a rights holder or a data provider requires it. Where we stop supporting a game, we'll give you a reasonable way to export the collection and deck lists you've recorded for it, unless the law or a rights holder's demand prevents it.
Card prices shown in the Service are estimates drawn from third-party sources. They may not match what a particular copy, printing, or condition sells for, and they aren't an appraisal or an offer to buy or sell. The Service's trade tools only help you compare cards; TurnZero HQ LLC is not a party to any trade, sale, or meetup between users, doesn't hold or ship cards, and isn't responsible for the cards, payments, or conduct of the people you trade with.
The Service is free to use, with optional paid subscription plans that unlock additional features. Pricing and billing terms for paid plans are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store you subscribed through. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
A subscription pays for TurnZero's own features. It doesn't buy any license to a game or its cards, and card information that's free to view in the Service stays free to view.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google Firebase for authentication and storage, the Scryfall API for Magic: The Gathering card data, and comparable card databases and price sources for the other games we support. Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant. We aren't responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by TurnZero HQ LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
TurnZero HQ is an independent companion for trading card games. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by the publishers or rights holders of the games it supports. Game names, card names, card images, artwork, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We use game and card names only to identify the cards and games the Service works with. Card images and other material owned by a game's publisher are shown to help you identify your cards; you may not copy, download in bulk, or reuse them from the Service for any other purpose.

Riftbound: League of Legends Trading Card Game. TurnZero was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project.
We respect the rights of game publishers, artists, and everyone else whose work appears in the Service. If you believe something in the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to support@turnzerohq.com with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include:
We'll review each notice promptly and remove or disable access to material we find infringing. If content you posted is removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice at the same address. We may suspend or close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, from the app (Profile, then Delete Account) or by contacting us at support@turnzerohq.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data (including game history or AI-generated content) will be accurate or preserved indefinitely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurnZero HQ LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
