What it does
When this enchantment enters, draw a card.
Whenever a land an opponent controls enters, if that player had another land enter the battlefield under their control this turn, they return a land they control to its owner's hand.
Rulings
2 official rulings, in the order Wizards published them.
- 2020-09-25
The player may return any land they control to its owner's hand, not just one of those that entered this turn.
- 2020-09-25
If an opponent has had no lands enter under their control and then two or more lands enter at the same time, Confounding Conundrum's second ability triggers for each of those lands.
Rulings are Wizards of the Coast's own, mirrored from Scryfall and refreshed nightly.

Prices from Scryfall, which tracks the TCGplayer and Cardmarket markets. They move daily and are a guide rather than a quote. Search TCGplayer for Confounding Conundrum. It runs a name search across every version, which covers the printings TCGplayer publishes no direct link to.
Aggregated from Commander games tracked in TurnZero HQ. Every figure counts decks and games only. No individual deck list, player or playgroup is identified. Win rates are withheld below 5 completed games, where the sample is too small to mean anything.
