What it does
When this enchantment enters, draw a card.
Cards in graveyards can't be the targets of spells or abilities.
Rulings
2 official rulings, in the order Wizards published them.
- 2012-07-01
The last ability only works when Ground Seal is on the battlefield.
- 2012-07-01
Only spells and abilities that target cards in graveyards will be affected. Abilities that don’t target cards in graveyards (like the one Tormod’s Crypt has) can still affect those cards.
Rulings are Wizards of the Coast's own, mirrored from Scryfall and refreshed nightly.

Prices from Scryfall, which tracks the TCGplayer and Cardmarket markets. They move daily and are a guide rather than a quote. Search TCGplayer for Ground Seal. It runs a name search across every version, which covers the printings TCGplayer publishes no direct link to.
Aggregated from Commander games tracked in TurnZero HQ. Every figure counts decks and games only. No individual deck list, player or playgroup is identified. Win rates are withheld below 5 completed games, where the sample is too small to mean anything.
