What it does
You may play an additional land on each of your turns.
4, T: Look at the top six cards of your library. You may reveal a creature card with mana value less than or equal to the number of lands you control from among them and put it onto the battlefield. Put the rest on the bottom in a random order.
Rulings
2 official rulings, in the order Wizards published them.
- 2024-11-08
The effect of Loot's first ability is cumulative with similar effects. For example, if you control both Loot and Exploration (an enchantment with "You may play an additional land on each of your turns"), you'll be able to play three lands during each of your turns.
- 2024-11-08
If a creature card in your library has X in its mana cost, X is 0 for the purpose of determining its mana value.
Rulings are Wizards of the Coast's own, mirrored from Scryfall and refreshed nightly.

Prices from Scryfall, which tracks the TCGplayer and Cardmarket markets. They move daily and are a guide rather than a quote. Search TCGplayer for Loot, Exuberant Explorer. It runs a name search across every version, which covers the printings TCGplayer publishes no direct link to.
Aggregated from Commander games tracked in TurnZero HQ. Every figure counts decks and games only. No individual deck list, player or playgroup is identified. Win rates are withheld below 5 completed games, where the sample is too small to mean anything.
