Fourth Edition's additions, in other languages
Renaissance is a reprint set for players outside English-speaking markets. Its 122 cards are exactly the 122 expansion cards that Fourth Edition added to the core set, 55 from Legends, 32 from The Dark, 23 from Antiquities, 10 from Arabian Nights and 2 from Alpha, printed in French and German. Every card in it is also in Fourth Edition.
Rinascimento is the Italian release from the same summer, and it is a different list: 60 different cards, 69 with art variants, drawn from Antiquities (35), Arabian Nights (23) and Alpha (2). This page covers both, since neither has anything new to say beyond which cards it reprinted.
Neither set added a card to the game, so neither changes what is legal. Strip Mine, Sylvan Library, Land Tax and Mishra's Factory are the cards people most often look up from them.
Where You Can Play It
Both codes are reprints, so each card keeps the legality it already had.
Every card here is a reprint, and a printing doesn't change legality: each card is legal exactly where it already was.

Not Standard-legal, and not Modern-legal as a set: Modern starts at Eighth Edition (July 2003). A card from here that was reprinted in a later Modern-legal set is Modern-legal in this printing too, because legality follows the card, not the printing. Their banned cards are the ones banned everywhere (the ante cards Bronze Tablet, Rebirth, Tempest Efreet and Jeweled Bird, and Pradesh Gypsies) plus Strip Mine, which Legacy bans and Vintage restricts. Every set from Fourth Edition to Scourge is also legal in Premodern, the community format built on that window. Commons from any set are Pauper-legal; that isn't listed per set here.
Boosters, precons and singles from Renaissance are on TCGplayer.
