The Wishes, and the Incarnations
Judgment closes the Odyssey block and answers Torment's black with white and green: 32 mono-colored cards each, against 16 for black. Threshold and flashback continue, and there is no new keyword.
Its best-known cycle is the Wishes, Golden Wish, Cunning Wish, Death Wish, Burning Wish and Living Wish, which fetch a card you own from outside the game, so how they work depends on what your table allows. The Incarnations are the other cycle people know: Anger and Wonder give your creatures haste or flying from the graveyard, as long as you control the right basic land.
Mirari's Wake, Krosan Verge, Sylvan Safekeeper and Stitch Together are the other Commander regulars. Its legends include Commander Eesha and Jeska, Warrior Adept.
Where You Can Play It
Judgment is a single code with nothing banned in any eternal format.
Not Standard-legal, and not Modern-legal as a set: Modern starts at Eighth Edition (July 2003). A card from here that was reprinted in a later Modern-legal set is Modern-legal in this printing too, because legality follows the card, not the printing. None of its cards is banned or restricted in Legacy, Vintage or Commander. Premodern bans Worldgorger Dragon. It is also legal in Premodern, the community format built on Fourth Edition through Scourge. Commons from any set are Pauper-legal; that isn't listed per set here.

FAQ

It is also legal in Premodern, a community format built on Fourth Edition through Scourge.
