What it does
Deathtouch
At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice The Gitrog Monster unless you sacrifice a land.
You may play an additional land on each of your turns.
Whenever one or more land cards are put into your graveyard from anywhere, draw a card.

Rulings
One official ruling, as Wizards published it.
- 2025-01-24
If multiple land cards are put into your graveyard at once, The Gitrog Monster's last ability triggers only once. This could happen because an effect put them there from your library at the same time (such as by a mill effect) or because they were destroyed at the same time (such as two land creatures that were dealt lethal combat damage).
Rulings are Wizards of the Coast's own, mirrored from Scryfall and refreshed nightly.

Prices from Scryfall, which tracks the TCGplayer and Cardmarket markets. They move daily and are a guide rather than a quote. Search TCGplayer for The Gitrog Monster — a name search across every version, for the printings TCGplayer publishes no direct link to.
Aggregated from Commander games tracked in TurnZero HQ. Every figure counts decks and games only — no individual deck list, player or playgroup is identified. Win rates are withheld below 5 completed games, where the sample is too small to mean anything.
