The set that made poison a real deck
All Will Be One is New Phyrexia's invasion set, and its lasting contribution is toxic: a poison mechanic built so a deck can actually win with it rather than treating poison as a novelty.
Toxic is the difference from infect. An infect creature deals no normal damage, so an infect deck is committed the moment it starts. A toxic creature deals its combat damage as usual and hands out poison counters on top, so a toxic card is playable in a deck that never intends to win that way.
Themes
Toxic
Always carries a number. A creature with toxic deals its combat damage normally and also gives the defending player that many poison counters. Ten poison counters still lose the game, so it opens a second clock without giving up the first.
Corrupted
An ability word marking effects that get better once an opponent has three or more poison counters. It is what turns a handful of incidental poison into a real threshold worth crossing.
For Mirrodin!
On Equipment. When it enters, create a 2/2 red Rebel creature token and attach the Equipment to it. An Equipment that brings its own wielder, so it is never the dead card an Equipment can be on an empty board.
Oil counters
The set's own counter type, used so proliferate has something to grow other than poison. Cards spend oil counters as a resource rather than only accumulating them.
Proliferate
Choose any number of permanents and players with counters on them and give each another counter of each kind already there. It adds poison, oil and anything else at once, which is why it sits at the centre of the set.
Where You Can Play It
All Will Be One has left Standard, but that is the only format it left. Here's where each code is legal now.
All Will Be One has already left Standard. It belonged to the rotation year that ended when Wilds of Eldraine arrived in September 2023, which is why the two later 2023 sets are still legal and this one isn't. A rotation only ever removes cards from Standard, so everything here is still playable in Pioneer, Modern, Legacy, Vintage and Commander. Commons from any set are Pauper-legal; that isn't listed per set here.
Limited
A conventional ten-pair format with an unusual pull at the centre: toxic wants a critical mass, so the poison pairs reward committing rather than dabbling.
All ten two-colour pairs
Full ten-pair format
The set uses the standard one-archetype-per-pair structure. The division worth knowing is that toxic and corrupted concentrate in a few pairs and reward going all in, while proliferate and oil counters spread across the rest of the format.
Commander
Both lean into the set's counters rather than its poison.
Corrupting Influence
Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa
The poison and proliferate deck, and the one that plays to the set's identity.
Rebellion Rising
Neyali, Suns' Vanguard
Tokens and Equipment, built around For Mirrodin! and going wide.

FAQ
No. It rotated out of Standard because it belonged to the rotation year that ended when Wilds of Eldraine arrived in September 2023. ONE cards are still legal in Pioneer, Modern, Legacy, Vintage and Commander.
An infect creature deals no normal damage at all, so an infect deck commits to poison as its only route to winning. A toxic creature deals its combat damage as usual and gives poison counters on top, which means a toxic card is playable in a deck that never plans to win by poison.
Ten, the same as always. Toxic did not change that number, it changed how many decks can realistically get there.
It is an ability word marking effects that improve once an opponent has three or more poison counters. Three is the threshold worth building toward, not ten.
They give proliferate something other than poison to grow. Cards spend oil counters as a resource, so the set has two counter types feeding one mechanic.
