Rulings
2 official rulings, in the order Wizards published them.
- 2009-10-01
Oran-Rief's last ability affects all permanents that are green creatures that entered this turn, not just the ones you control.
- 2009-10-01
Oran-Rief's last ability cares about permanents' characteristics at the time the ability resolves, not their characteristics at the time they entered. For example, if a blue creature enters, then is turned green by a spell or ability, then Oran-Rief's second ability resolves, you'll put a +1/+1 counter on that creature.
Rulings are Wizards of the Coast's own, mirrored from Scryfall and refreshed nightly.

Prices from Scryfall, which tracks the TCGplayer and Cardmarket markets. They move daily and are a guide rather than a quote. Search TCGplayer for Oran-Rief, the Vastwood. It runs a name search across every version, which covers the printings TCGplayer publishes no direct link to.
Aggregated from Commander games tracked in TurnZero HQ. Every figure counts decks and games only. No individual deck list, player or playgroup is identified. Win rates are withheld below 5 completed games, where the sample is too small to mean anything.
