Four classic precons, reprinted
Commander Anthology collects four Commander decks from earlier years in one product: Heavenly Inferno from Commander 2011, Evasive Maneuvers from Commander 2013, Guided by Nature from Commander 2014 and Plunder the Graves from Commander 2015.
It contains no new cards, so it is a way to get decks that had gone out of print, not a source of new designs. Kaalia of the Vast and Meren of Clan Nel Toth are the two best-known commanders in the box.
Where You Can Play It
Commander Anthology is reprints only, so every card keeps the legality it already had.
Every card is a reprint, and a reprint doesn't change legality: each card is legal exactly where it already was. Appearing here does not make a card Standard- or Pioneer-legal.
Never Standard- or Pioneer-legal as a product. Sol Ring is banned in Legacy and restricted in Vintage, and Skullclamp is banned in Modern and Legacy. Commons from any set are Pauper-legal; that isn't listed per set here.
