Five decks, five colleges
Commander 2021 shipped with Strixhaven and takes the same shape as the set: one deck per college, each an enemy color pair. That is unusual for the Commander line, which normally runs on wedges and shards, and it is the reason these five decks read as a set rather than as five products.
The interesting part is a rules problem rather than a mechanic. These decks carry learn and Lesson cards, and learn's first mode fetches a Lesson from outside the game. Commander has no sideboard, so in official Commander that mode does nothing at all.
What is left is the second mode, discard a card and draw a card, which works fine. Plenty of tables house-rule a small pile of Lessons to fetch from, and that is a decision your playgroup makes rather than something the cards grant.

Learn, and what it does in Commander
Shared with Strixhaven, released the same day. Learn lets you fetch a Lesson from outside the game or discard a card to draw one. Commander has no sideboard and the Rules Committee has said it does not want one, so the fetch mode is dead by default and the rummage mode is what you actually get. A table that wants the full mechanic has to agree to a Lesson pile itself.
Magecraft
Also from Strixhaven. Triggers when you cast or copy an instant or sorcery, and the copy clause is what makes it more than a spells-matter trigger. Prismari Performance is the deck built to set it off repeatedly.
Enemy color pairs
Not a keyword, but the year's organising idea. Five two-color decks, all of them enemy pairs, which is the same cut Strixhaven's draft format uses and is rare for a Commander release.
Where You Can Play It
Commander 2021 shipped as precon decks under a single code. Its new cards were printed for Commander and were never Standard- or Pioneer-legal.
Standard was never in play for this set, so no rotation has ever touched it. Nothing here leaves Modern, Legacy, Vintage or Commander either. Commons from any set are Pauper-legal; that isn't listed per set here.

Quantum Quandrix has aged best, mostly because Adrix and Nev is a card people keep putting in other decks. Silverquill Statement is the most interesting to play at a four-player table, since Breena rewards the opponents who leave you alone.
