Tam, the Possibility does two things. Planeswalker spells you cast cost one less, and for one mana of each color and a tap it proliferates once for each planeswalker type among the planeswalkers you control. Proliferate gives each permanent you choose one more of every counter it already has, so with four types out, one activation puts four loyalty on every planeswalker you control.

So the deck plays 22 planeswalkers and the mana to cast them. Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, ten tri-lands and Command Tower find all five colors Tam's ability asks for, and until Tam can activate, the walkers and seven other proliferators do the work, Flux Channeler, Evolution Sage, Tezzeret's Gambit and Volt Charge among them, with Deepglow Skate doubling every counter. Deploy the Gatewatch puts up to two walkers from the top seven straight onto the battlefield, Oath of Gideon makes each one enter with an extra loyalty counter, and Carth the Lion finds another walker whenever one dies. Austere Command, Doomskar and Settle the Wreckage clear the creatures attacking them while every planeswalker stays; Doomskar takes Tam too, so cast it before you rebuild. Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Gideon, Ally of Zendikar and Grist, the Hunger Tide make the blockers, and once Tam is running, the rest reach their ultimates in a turn or two instead of five. Narset, Parter of Veils digs four deep for a walker or a spell with her −2 and adds a type; she is also a Game Changer, so this deck is Bracket 3.

One rule people get wrong: Tam counts planeswalker types, not planeswalkers. The type is the word after the dash, so Chandra, Torch of Defiance is a Chandra and Ob Nixilis Reignited is a Nixilis. Two Chandras count once, which is why every walker here has a different type, and a walker with no type, like The Wanderer, counts zero. Proliferate also lets you choose what grows: an opponent's walker gets nothing unless you pick it.
