"Strange new worlds, trigger landfall." Whenever Commander Spock enters or attacks, you reveal your top card and may cast it free if its mana value is no more than your number of differently named lands. A land goes onto the battlefield tapped instead. Starship Enterprise, a Commander-set Spacecraft, gets four charge counters on each landfall.
Commander Spock leads the deck. It's a Bant (GWU) deck of 100 cards, 32 of them new to Magic.
The decklist
Wizards named the face commander on October 20, 2026 and previews the four decklists one a day from October 26 to 29, with the full card gallery on October 30. The full list goes up on this page, at this address, as soon as it's out, along with our power and difficulty read.
