What this set is
Foundations Jumpstart is a Jumpstart release sold alongside Foundations. Like Jumpstart and Jumpstart 2022, each pack is a twenty-card half-deck built around a theme; you shuffle two together and play, with no deckbuilding.
It has 46 themes spread across 121 different pack lists, so the same theme can come in more than one version. Most of its cards are reprints, and 56 are new.
Its new cards were never in a Standard-legal set, so they are legal in Legacy, Vintage and Commander. The reprints keep their own legality.

Foundations Jumpstart mixes new cards and reprints, and the two have different answers.
The 56 new cards are legal in Commander, Legacy and Vintage, not Standard, Pioneer or Modern. Every other card is a reprint and keeps its own legality.
Jumpstart releases are not Standard sets, even when sold beside one. Commons from any set are Pauper-legal; that isn't listed per set here.
