Ancient Guardians Card List and Set Guide

Overview

Ancient Guardians released April 29, 2021, with 60 cards under the ANGU set code: 35 Rares, 15 Super Rares and 10 Ultra Rares, and no Commons. Fifteen of those cards also have a Collector's Rare version, which makes 75 printings.

39 cards were new to the TCG, ANGU-EN001 to EN039: thirteen Ogdoadic cards (EN001 to EN013), thirteen Solfachord cards (EN014 to EN026) and twelve Ursarctic cards (EN027 to EN039).

The other 21 are reprints from 2007 to 2018, from EN040 on, including Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes, Snake Rain, Trade-In, Skull Meister and King of the Feral Imps.

Cards and rarities

Ancient Guardians has 60 set codes, each starting ANGU-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.

Fifteen set codes carry a Collector's Rare on top of their regular rarity, which is why the rows add up to 75 printings for 60 set codes. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version. The chase card: SolSolfachord Gracia

SolSolfachord Gracia

ANGU-EN018

Rarity Collector's Rare

Set code ANGU-EN018

1st Edition market price, October 22, 2026 $20.40

Every set code in Ancient Guardians, in set code order, with each rarity it is printed at: 60 set codes in all, as listed in TurnZero HQ's catalog on October 23, 2026. Each name goes to that card's page, with today's price for every printing.

Playing it

One card in Ancient Guardians is on the Forbidden & Limited List as of October 23, 2026: King of the Feral Imps is Forbidden.

Solfachord cards care about even and odd Pendulum Scales: Solfachord monsters gain effects while you have a Scale of the right kind in your Pendulum Zone, so the deck tries to set one even and one odd Scale.
