The app is free with a paid Premium tier. Having Cardmarket prices beside TCGplayer's makes it the better choice here if you buy or sell in Europe.

Collectr is a portfolio tracker for 20+ trading card games, Yu-Gi-Oh! among them, on iPhone, Android and a web app. It scans cards with the camera, values raw cards, graded cards and sealed boxes daily from market sales data, charts the total like a stock portfolio, and shows population reports. The free tier covers scanning and portfolio tracking. PRO, listed at $4.99 a month billed annually or $7.99 billed monthly as of September 2026, adds unlimited scanning, extended price history and data export. It has no deck building. If sealed boxes or slabs are a real part of your collection, this is the one to pick.
Best if you buy and sell on TCGplayer
The TCGplayer app is free, scans cards into a collection, and prices them at the TCGplayer market price. It covers Yu-Gi-Oh! alongside dozens of other games, and the marketplace is one tap away when you want to fill a hole in a set. It is a storefront with a collection attached rather than a dedicated tracker, which is a plus if buying and selling are the reason you track. Its CSV export is also the one TurnZero HQ's importer was built and tested against.
Best if your collection lives next to a deckbuilder on the web
YGOPRODeck is best known as a Yu-Gi-Oh! card database and deckbuilder, and it has a collection manager on the web as well. You can filter the collection by type, Level, Attribute, set and rarity, keep cards in boxes, and have the same card in several boxes at once. Card pages list prices from several stores, TCGplayer and Cardmarket among them. The paid Premium subscription (listed at €4.99 a month) adds Deck Brew, which searches the site's decks by how much of each one your collection already covers. There is no phone scanner, so cards go in by hand or by file.
A newer Yu-Gi-Oh!-only scanner with set progress
Yuguito is a newer Yu-Gi-Oh! app for iPhone and Android, built by an independent developer and still small next to the others here. It scans a card and identifies its edition, tracks prices from major marketplaces with daily and weekly changes, organizes cards into decks, binders and sets, and shows your progress toward completing each set. It is free to download, with a subscription. It is worth a look if set progress on your phone is what you want most.
Best if you want full control and don't need prices
A spreadsheet with a column for the card name, set code, rarity, edition, condition and quantity does the inventory job and belongs to you. What it can't do is price itself or scan a card, so it suits a collection you rarely sell from. If you later want prices, a spreadsheet with a header row imports into TurnZero HQ by name, set code or passcode, with a preview of every row before anything is added.
Features and prices change, so check each app's current listing before you pay for a tier. On the web, TurnZero HQ adds cards by typed lookup rather than the camera.
