Duel Overload Card List and Set Guide

Overview

Duel Overload released March 19, 2020, with 100 cards under the DUOV set code, DUOV-EN001 to EN100. Every card is an Ultra Rare.

The first 56 cards, EN001 to EN056, were new to the TCG. Most of the new monsters are Link, Fusion, Synchro and Xyz Monsters for older themes, such as Darklord, Endymion, Predaplant, Mayakashi and Tenyi, and EN040 to EN056 add Spells and Traps, including new Malefic and Cubic cards.

The other 44 are reprints from 2002 to 2019, from EN057 on, including Sky Striker Ace - Kagari, Mystical Space Typhoon, Terraforming and Infinite Impermanence.

Cards and rarities

Duel Overload has 100 set codes, each starting DUOV-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.

Each set code has one rarity, so the 100 set codes are also 100 printings. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version. New cards

Most of the new cards add one Extra Deck monster to an older theme. These six are the most notable.

Xtra HERO Infernal Devicer

DUOV-EN013

A HERO Link-2 that reveals a HERO Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck and adds up to 2 of its listed Fusion Materials from your Deck to your hand.

Relinquished Anima

DUOV-EN053

A Link-1 for a Level 1 monster that equips a face-up monster it points to and gains that monster's ATK.

Condemned Darklord

DUOV-EN006

A Fairy Link-2 that lets you Tribute Summon big Fairies by banishing from your GY, and discards a card to add a Darklord from your Deck or send it to the GY.

Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians

DUOV-EN014

A Spellcaster Link-3 that gets Spell Counters for every Spell on the field and in the GYs, and removes 3 to Special Summon a Spellcaster.

Five-Headed Link Dragon

DUOV-EN007

A Link-5 for 5 monsters with 5000 ATK that is unaffected by other cards' effects and destroys all cards your opponent controls if it is Link Summoned using all five of DARK, EARTH, WATER, FIRE and WIND.

Malefic Divide

DUOV-EN044

A Malefic Quick-Play Spell that revives a Malefic monster from your GY, ignoring its Summoning conditions, with its effects negated.

Cards worth knowing

Eight Duel Overload cards are on the Forbidden & Limited List. Five new Link Monsters are Forbidden, including Crystron Halqifibrax and Union Carrier.

Crystron Halqifibrax

A Link-2 that Special Summons a Level 3 or lower Tuner from your hand or Deck, and banishes itself on your opponent's turn to Special Summon a Tuner Synchro Monster.

Union Carrier

DUOV-EN009

A Link-2 that equips a monster with the same original Type or Attribute from your hand or Deck to one of your monsters, giving it 1000 ATK.

Predaplant Verte Anaconda

DUOV-EN021

A Predaplant Link-2 that pays 2000 LP to copy the effect of a Fusion or Polymerization Spell sent from your Deck to the GY.

Infinite Impermanence

Rarity Ultra Rare

Set code DUOV-EN013

1st Edition market price, October 22, 2026 $7.92

Duel Overload has no high-priced card. The most valuable on October 22, 2026, was the Ultra Rare Xtra HERO Infernal Devicer (DUOV-EN013) at $7.92, just ahead of the Ultra Rare Relinquished Anima at $7.30.

Xtra HERO Infernal Devicer is a Link-2 DARK Fiend for 2 HERO monsters. When it is Link Summoned you can reveal a HERO Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck and add up to 2 of the Fusion Materials it lists, with different names, from your Deck to your hand, but you can only Special Summon HERO monsters that turn.

It was new in this set, and like every card in Duel Overload it is an Ultra Rare.

Rarity is in the foil rather than the set code, so check it before you price the copy in your hand. Reading the set code and rarity →

Playing it

Eight cards in Duel Overload are on the Forbidden & Limited List as of October 23, 2026. Crystron Halqifibrax, Union Carrier, Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty, Mecha Phantom Beast Auroradon, Predaplant Verte Anaconda and PSY-Framelord Omega are Forbidden, and Daigusto Emeral and Terraforming are Limited.

Duel Overload works best as a collection of single upgrades: each new Extra Deck monster slots into an existing theme rather than building a new one, so check which of the 56 new cards match the decks you already play.
