Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG · 2019 Set Guide
The second core booster set of 2019, with Dinowrestler, Valkyrie, Super Quant and Destiny HERO support. No card in it was over $4.50 on October 22, 2026.
Dark Neostorm released May 2, 2019, with 100 cards under the DANE set code: 48 Commons, 20 Rares, 14 Super Rares, 10 Ultra Rares and 8 Secret Rares.
98 of the 100 cards were new to the TCG. The other two have an earlier 2019 printing in the catalog.
Dinowrestler gets seven cards and Valkyrie six, and Super Quant, Destiny HERO, Assault Mode and World Legacy four or five each. The set also has general hand traps and Link Monsters such as Gnomaterial, Ghost Sister & Spooky Dogwood and Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax.
Dark Neostorm has 100 set codes, each starting DANE-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.
Each set code has one rarity, so the 100 set codes are also 100 printings. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version. Dark Neostorm spreads its cards across many themes. These six are the main pieces for its biggest groups.
Dinowrestler Chimera T Wrextle
DANE-EN030
A Fusion of a Dinowrestler Link Monster and a Dinowrestler with 3500 ATK. Your opponent can only attack it and cannot activate Spells or Traps during its battles.
Valkyrie's Embrace
DANE-EN089
With only Valkyries on your field, it switches one to Defense to banish a face-up monster your opponent controls.
Super Quantum White Layer
DANE-EN013
A Level 7 Super Quant that Special Summons itself by sending a non-LIGHT Super Quant to the GY, and copies the Attribute and Level of a Super Quant it sends from your Deck.
Destiny HERO - Dominance
DANE-EN031
A Fusion of 3 Destiny HEROes that rearranges the top 5 cards of either Deck, draws when it destroys a monster, and revives 3 Destiny HEROes when destroyed.
Dingirsu, the Orcust of the Evening Star
DANE-EN038
A Rank 8 Orcust that can be Xyz Summoned on an Orcust Link Monster. When Special Summoned it sends an opponent's card to the GY or attaches a banished Machine.
Cherubini, Ebon Angel of the Burning Abyss
DANE-EN095
A Link-2 Burning Abyss that protects the monsters it points to from effects and sends a Level 3 from your Deck to the GY to boost a Burning Abyss monster.
Four general cards from the set. Mystic Mine is its one card on the Forbidden & Limited List.
Gnomaterial
DANE-EN000
If your opponent Special Summons while you control no cards, discard it to stop one of their monsters being Tributed or used as material that turn.
Ghost Sister & Spooky Dogwood
DANE-EN025
Discard it to gain LP each time your opponent Special Summons an Effect Monster that turn, or have your LP halved in the End Phase if you gained none.
Omni Dragon Brotaur
DANE-EN020
Special Summons itself when one of your monsters is destroyed by battle or an opponent's effect, then discards a card to search a monster matching a face-up monster's Type and Attribute.
Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax
DANE-EN047
A Link-4 for 2+ monsters from the Extra Deck that your opponent cannot target, which forces their attacks onto itself and gains a Special Summoned monster's ATK in battle.
Dark Neostorm has no high-priced card. The most valuable on October 22, 2026, was the Secret Rare Gnomaterial (DANE-EN000) at $4.49, followed by the Secret Rare Cherubini, Ebon Angel of the Burning Abyss at $3.44.
Gnomaterial is a Level 1 EARTH Fairy. If your opponent Special Summons a monster while you control no cards, you can discard it to target a face-up monster they control: for the rest of the turn, that monster cannot be Tributed or used as material for a Fusion, Synchro, Xyz or Link Summon.
It is printed only as a Secret Rare in this set, at the EN000 slot.
Rarity is in the foil rather than the set code, so check it before you price the copy in your hand. Reading the set code and rarity →
