Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG · 2006 Set Guide
60 cards with the first Destiny HEROes, Clock Tower Prison, E - Emergency Call, the Heralds and three more Elemental HERO Fusions.
Enemy of Justice is a 60-card set released May 17, 2006, with codes EOJ-EN001 to EOJ-EN060. All 60 cards were new.
It splits its HERO cards between two groups. Eight start Destiny HERO, DARK Warriors such as Diamond Dude and Dreadmaster built around the Field Spell Clock Tower Prison. Ten add to the Elemental HEROes, among them E - Emergency Call, which searches any Elemental HERO, the H, E, R and O Spells that Hero Flash!! banishes, and the Fusions Phoenix Enforcer, Shining Phoenix Enforcer and Wild Wingman.
The rest includes the two Heralds, Fairies that negate Spells or Traps, Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon and Victory Viper XX03. Every Rare, Super Rare and Ultra Rare also comes as an Ultimate Rare.
Enemy of Justice has 60 set codes, each starting EOJ-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.
The 25 Ultimate Rares count again beside their regular rarity, which is why the rows add up to 85 printings for 60 set codes. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version. How set completion works →
The set's 18 HERO cards are its center. These are the ones from each group players know best.
Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude
EOJ-EN003
Once per turn it excavates the top card of your Deck; a Normal Spell goes to the GY, and you can use that Spell's effect from the GY in your next Main Phase.
Clock Tower Prison
EOJ-EN048
A Field Spell that gains a Clock Counter in each of your opponent's Standby Phases. At 4 counters you take no battle damage, and if it is then destroyed it Special Summons Destiny HERO - Dreadmaster.
E - Emergency Call
EOJ-EN039
Add 1 Elemental HERO monster from your Deck to your hand.
Elemental HERO Phoenix Enforcer
EOJ-EN032
A Fusion of Avian and Burstinatrix that cannot be destroyed by battle.
Elemental HERO Shining Phoenix Enforcer
EOJ-EN033
A Fusion of Phoenix Enforcer and Sparkman. It cannot be destroyed by battle and gains 300 ATK for each Elemental HERO card in your GY.
Four cards from outside the HERO groups.
Herald of Green Light
EOJ-EN018
When your opponent activates a Spell, send it and another Fairy from your hand to the GY to negate the activation and destroy that card. Herald of Purple Light does the same for Traps.
Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon
EOJ-EN013
Gains effects for each other Harpie you control, from protecting them from attacks to doubling its own ATK and DEF.
Victory Viper XX03
EOJ-EN011
When it destroys a monster by battle, it gains 400 ATK, destroys a face-up Spell or Trap, or makes a copy of itself as an Option Token.
Cyber Phoenix
EOJ-EN009
In Attack Position it negates Spell and Trap effects that target only one of your Machines, and it draws a card when destroyed by battle.
