Shining Victories Card List and Set Guide
The second core booster set of 2016, with a nine-card Blue-Eyes package, Amorphage and Lunalight as new themes, and more Kozmo. The Secret Rare Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon is the chase.
Overview
Shining Victories released May 5, 2016, with 100 cards under the SHVI set code: 44 Commons, 4 Short Prints, 20 Rares, 14 Super Rares, 10 Ultra Rares and 8 Secret Rares.
98 of the 100 cards were new to the TCG. The other two have an earlier 2016 printing in the catalog.
Amorphage gets the most cards, eleven Dragon Pendulum Monsters and support cards, and Lunalight ten. Blue-Eyes gets nine new cards, among them Sage with Eyes of Blue, The White Stone of Ancients, Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon and Blue-Eyes Twin Burst Dragon.
Cards and rarities
Shining Victories has 100 set codes, each starting SHVI-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.
Each set code has one rarity, so the 100 set codes are also 100 printings. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version.
