Spirit Warriors Card List and Set Guide

Overview

Spirit Warriors released November 16, 2017, with 60 cards under the SPWA set code: 40 Super Rares and 20 Secret Rares, and no Commons or Rares.

34 cards were new to the TCG, between SPWA-EN001 and EN041: eight Secret Six Samurai cards, thirteen Magical Musket cards and thirteen The Weather cards.

The other 26 are Super Rare reprints and one Secret Rare. Most are Six Samurai cards from 2007 to 2012, such as Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan and Asceticism of the Six Samurai, and the rest are general cards such as Honest and Scrap-Iron Scarecrow.

Cards and rarities

Spirit Warriors has 60 set codes, each starting SPWA-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.

Each set code has one rarity, so the 60 set codes are also 60 printings. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version. Themes

Spirit Warriors has three new themes. Secret Six Samurai builds on the Six Samurai cards reprinted in the same set.

Secret Six Samurai - Rihan

SPWA-EN006

A Fusion of 3 Six Samurai with different Attributes, Summoned by sending them to the GY. It banishes a Six Samurai card to banish a card on the field, and protects your Six Samurai from the GY.

Secret Six Samurai - Fuma

SPWA-EN001

A Level 1 Tuner that Special Summons another Six Samurai from your Deck when destroyed, and banishes itself from the GY to save a Six Samurai from an effect.

Magical Musketeer Starfire

SPWA-EN019

Lets you activate Magical Musket Spells and Traps from your hand on either turn, and Special Summons a Magical Musket from your Deck when a Spell or Trap is activated in its column.

Magical Musketeer Caspar

SPWA-EN016

Lets you activate Magical Musket cards from your hand, and searches a Magical Musket card when a Spell or Trap is activated in its column.

Magical Musket - Last Stand

SPWA-EN028

A Counter Trap that negates and destroys a Spell or Trap your opponent activates while you control a Magical Musket monster.

The Weather Painter Snow

SPWA-EN029

When Normal Summoned it places a The Weather Spell or Trap from your Deck face-up, and returns the turn after it is banished for a The Weather effect.

Reprints worth knowing

The Six Samurai reprints and a general Trap were among the most valuable Super Rares on October 22, 2026.

Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan

Special Summons itself from your hand if you control another Six Samurai, and gains 300 ATK and DEF while you control 2 or more.

Asceticism of the Six Samurai

A Quick-Play Spell that Special Summons a Six Samurai from your Deck with the same ATK as one you control, until the End Phase.

Scrap-Iron Scarecrow

SPWA-EN058

A Trap that negates an attack and then Sets itself again instead of going to the GY.

Gateway of the Six

SPWA-EN014

A Continuous Spell that gains 2 Bushido Counters each time a Six Samurai is Summoned and spends them for ATK, a Six Samurai search or a Shien revival. It is Limited under the current list.

The Secret Rare Secret Six Samurai - Rihan (SPWA-EN006) is Spirit Warriors' most valuable card, at $9.44 on October 22, 2026. The Secret Rare Magical Musketeer Starfire was next at $5.02.

It is a Level 5 LIGHT Warrior Fusion Monster for 3 Six Samurai monsters with different Attributes, Special Summoned by sending them from your field to the GY. Once per turn it banishes a Six Samurai card from your hand or field to banish a card on the field, and from the GY it can be banished to save a Six Samurai monster from destruction.

It is printed only as a Secret Rare in this set.
