Chewbacca: Wookiee Rampage
A Command and Heroism Premier deck where Chewbacca sends your biggest units back into combat after they have already attacked. A 50-card Command and Heroism deck built from singles, $31.09 for every card.
Chewbacca, Relentless Rebel is one of the two Special leaders in Homeworlds. On his leader side, pay 2 and exhaust him to attack with one of your units, even one that is already exhausted, as long as it attacks a unit and not a base. Deploy him at 5 resources and he can do it for free once each round.
The plan is to attack the base with your biggest unit, then use Chewbacca to send it back into their best unit. Hijacked AT-ST is the payoff: a 7/7 with Overwhelm for 5 that doesn't ready the next round, which matters much less when Chewbacca can attack with it anyway. Eighteen Wookiee units, Zam Wesell among them since she takes on Chewbacca's traits, fuel King Grakchawwaa's ramp, and they share the Trait that Familiar Strategem's bonus asks for. Log Trap gives one unit two attacks, Hold Them Off and Grassroots Resistance clear blockers, and Luminara Unduli at the top turns every unit you play into one more attack. The deck gives up space: two Auzituck Avengers are its only space units, so it wins on the ground.
The rule people get wrong: Chewbacca's attack can't target a base, but it can still damage one. A unit with Overwhelm that attacks an enemy unit deals its excess damage to the opponent's base, so the AT-ST hitting a 3 HP unit puts 4 on their base. Log Trap's second attack works the same way.

These prices don't include shipping. They are card prices only, and TCGplayer adds shipping for each seller in your cart, so the total at checkout will be higher. Card prices also move with demand. For the best experience, check your local game store first: you can see the cards before you buy, skip the shipping, and support the place you play.
