Open a set for every card in it, in collector order, as a grid of card images. Cards you own are bright, with how many copies you have; cards you're missing are dimmed. Filter to Missing for a want list, or to Owned to see what you've pulled.

Hyperspace, Showcase and Prestige versions carry collector numbers of their own, past the main set's printed total, so each is a separate card in the checklist with its own price. They're counted in the extras tally rather than the main count, the same place tokens go. How many extras a set has varies from set to set.
A foil shares its collector number with the normal copy, so the checklist has one entry for both and owning either finish ticks it. The checklist tracks a set, not every finish of every card. The finishes you own are still recorded on each copy, with their own prices. Hyperspace vs. foil →
By distinct cards numbered from 1 up to the total printed after the slash. Spark of Rebellion's cards read like 059/252, so the main set is complete at 252 of 252. Hyperspace, Showcase and Prestige versions numbered past that total, and tokens, are counted separately, so they sit on top of a completed set rather than holding it back. Four copies of one card count as one card toward the set.
Not toward the main count. They have collector numbers of their own past the printed total, so they're shown as their own tally beside it, as extras on top of the main set.
No. Foil is a finish of a printing with the same collector number, so owning either finish ticks that card. Your finishes are still recorded on each copy, with their own prices, but the set progress doesn't count them separately.
Promo groups are listed as sets of their own. Where a promo group has no printed total, every card in it counts toward its main progress.
