The top rarities in 2023

A Yu-Gi-Oh! card's rarity is in its foil, not in a printed symbol, and one set code can be printed at several rarities. 2023 was the year Quarter Century Secret Rares arrived for the 25th anniversary: first in Monstrous Revenge, then in place of Starlight Rares from Duelist Nexus on.
