A card printed at two rarities shares one set code, so it counts once here, and each guide's rarity table counts it at both.

The chase card in each set

Every set has one printing its collectors open packs for. These are each set's most valuable cards on October 22, 2026.

Prices are TCGplayer 1st Edition market prices on October 22, 2026 unless the table names another edition, and they move daily. Each set guide has the chase card's other printings and the rest of its chase list.

The top rarities in 2022

A Yu-Gi-Oh! card's rarity is in its foil, not in a printed symbol, and one set code can be printed at several rarities. In 2022 the core sets kept five Starlight Rares each, and the Ghost Rares of The 2nd Haunting and the Pharaoh's Rares of Magnificent Mavens include some of the year's most valuable printings.
