A card printed at two rarities shares one set code, so it counts once here, and each guide's rarity table counts it at both.

The chase card in each set

Every set has one printing its collectors open packs for. These are each set's most valuable cards on October 22, 2026. Legendary Collection Kaiba Mega Pack is left out because the catalog has almost no prices for it.

Prices are TCGplayer 1st Edition market prices on October 22, 2026 unless the table names another edition, and they move daily. Each set guide has the chase card's other printings and the rest of its chase list.

The top rarities in 2018

A Yu-Gi-Oh! card's rarity is in its foil, not in a printed symbol, and one set code can be printed at several rarities. In 2018 Secret Rare was still the top rarity of the core sets, and prices across the year's sets are low. Reading the foil →
