Legendary Collection 2: The Duel Academy Years Mega Pack Card List and Set Guide

Overview

Legendary Collection 2: The Duel Academy Years Mega Pack is a 266-card reprint set released October 4, 2011, with codes LCGX-EN001 to LCGX-EN266. It came in the Legendary Collection 2 box with the 13 Ultra Rares coded LC02, which have their own guide.

Only one card, Gladiator Beast Lanista, was new; the rest are reprints, most first printed between Enemy of Justice in 2006 and Light of Destruction in 2008. The set is grouped by deck: 85 Elemental HERO cards, 31 Destiny HEROes, 20 Crystal Beast cards, 17 Gladiator Beast cards, 15 Six Samurai cards and smaller groups for the Evil HEROes, Neo-Spacians and Lightsworn.

It is printed at five rarities, with 46 Secret Rares. On October 23, 2026 no printing was above $30 in 1st Edition, so it is a cheap source for these decks.

Cards and rarities

Legendary Collection 2: The Duel Academy Years Mega Pack has 266 set codes, each starting LCGX-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.

Three codes are printed at two rarities, which is why the rows add up to 269 printings for 266 set codes. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version.
