Legendary Duelists: Season 3 Card List and Set Guide

Overview

Legendary Duelists: Season 3 released July 21, 2022, with 138 cards under the LDS3 set code: 98 Commons, 30 Ultra Rares and 10 Secret Rares.

134 of the 138 cards are reprints, from 2002 to 2020: 25 were first released in Legendary Duelists: Immortal Destiny and 25 in Legendary Duelists: Magical Hero. The last four, LDS3-EN135 to EN138, were new to the TCG, all Secret Rares: Mystical Elf - White Lightning, Kaiser Glider - Golden Burst, Giltia the D. Knight - Soul Spear and Harpie's Pet Dragon - Fearsome Fire Blast.

The reprints run in theme blocks: Destiny Board and Spirit Message, Evil HERO, Earthbound Immortal, Gimmick Puppet, Predaplant, Dark Magician (EN082 to EN099), Elemental HERO, Synchron, Gagaga and Performapal.

Cards and rarities

Legendary Duelists: Season 3 has 138 set codes, each starting LDS3-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.

Each set code has one rarity, so the 138 set codes are also 138 printings. The catalog has a price for most of them, but not for the four new Secret Rares. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version. New cards

Season 3 has only four new cards, each a new version of a classic monster.

Mystical Elf - White Lightning

Kaiser Glider - Golden Burst

LDS3-EN136

A Level 6 Dragon that Tributes a monster to Special Summon itself from your hand as a Quick Effect, and targets a monster your opponent controls when Summoned.

Giltia the D. Knight - Soul Spear

LDS3-EN137

A Level 5 Warrior you can Normal Summon without Tributing if you control no monsters, that banishes a monster with ATK at least its own when Normal Summoned.

Harpie's Pet Dragon - Fearsome Fire Blast

LDS3-EN138

A Level 7 Dragon that protects your Level 6 or lower Harpies from attacks and Special Summons itself while you control a Level 6 or lower WIND monster.

The chase card: Magicians' Souls

Magicians' Souls

LDS3-EN088

Rarity Ultra Rare

Set code LDS3-EN088

1st Edition market price, October 22, 2026 $8.12

Season 3 has no high-priced card. The most valuable on October 22, 2026, was the Ultra Rare Magicians' Souls (LDS3-EN088) at $8.12, ahead of the Ultra Rare Dark Magician Girl at $6.00.

Magicians' Souls is a Level 1 DARK Spellcaster. It sends up to 2 Spells or Traps from your hand or field to the GY to draw that many cards, and from your hand it can send a Level 6 or higher Spellcaster from your Deck to the GY to Special Summon itself or revive Dark Magician or Dark Magician Girl.

It is a reprint, first released in 2020, and is Forbidden under the current Forbidden & Limited List.
