Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG · 2026 Set Guide
Three decks in one set, built around Mitsurugi, Sky Striker and X-Saber, with twelve new cards for the last two. Its Starlight Rares carry nearly all of its value.
Legendary Modern Decks 2026 is three decks in one product. Its set codes split by deck: ENM for Mitsurugi (23 codes in the catalog), ENS for Sky Striker (28) and ENX for X-Saber (40).
Twelve cards are new, first released with the set on April 23, 2026. Seven are Sky Striker cards, including Sky Striker Ace = Zero and Sky Striker Ace - Camellia, and five are X-Saber cards, including Commander Souza, Swordmaster. The Mitsurugi deck has no new cards; its newest were first released in May 2025.
A few generic cards appear in two decks. Called by the Grave, Triple Tactics Talent and Triple Tactics Thrust each have two set codes, which is why 91 codes cover 88 different cards.
Legendary Modern Decks 2026 has 91 set codes, each starting L26D-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.
Counts are set codes, so a card printed at two or three rarities counts in each row. The catalog also tags seven new cards with a placeholder rarity, which is left out, and its numbering has gaps (ENM02 and ENS02, for example), so 91 is the number of codes it lists today. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version. Each deck is built around one archetype. Two cards from each, starting with Mitsurugi, a Reptile deck whose cards act when they are Tributed:
Mitsurugi no Mikoto, Aramasa
L26D-ENM06
When it is Normal or Special Summoned, or Tributed, it adds a Mitsurugi monster from your Deck to your hand. It can also be Tributed in place of another Reptile you control that would be destroyed.
Ame no Habakiri no Mitsurugi
L26D-ENM10
A Ritual Monster Summoned with Mitsurugi Ritual. Monsters your opponent controls lose 800 ATK, and when it is Tributed it adds a Mitsurugi card from your Deck to your hand and can Special Summon itself.
Sky Striker Ace = Zero
L26D-ENS34
New. When Special Summoned, it adds a Sky Striker Spell from your Deck or GY to your hand, or you can Tribute it to Special Summon Sky Striker Ace - Raye and Sky Striker Ace - Roze from your Deck or GY, then destroy 1 card.
Sky Striker Ace - Camellia
L26D-ENS31
New. Once per turn, while you have 3 or fewer Spells in your GY, it sends a Sky Striker card from your Deck to the GY. When it is sent to the GY, it moves to your opponent's field for the turn and sends one of their monsters to the GY.
Commander Souza, Swordmaster
L26D-ENX42
New. A Level 10 Synchro Monster always treated as an X-Saber card. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card or effect, you can Tribute an X-Saber monster to destroy 1 card they control.
X-Saber Pellina
L26D-ENX14
New. When it is Normal or Special Summoned, send it to the GY to Special Summon 2 X-Saber monsters from your Deck, which are destroyed in the End Phase.
Each deck also carries generic cards that work without its archetype. Four worth knowing:
Mulcharmy Fuwalos
L26D-ENX12
If you control no cards, discard it to draw a card each time your opponent Special Summons from the Deck or Extra Deck this turn. A Common here, it was $9.55 on September 30.
Triple Tactics Talent
L26D-ENS21
If your opponent activated a monster effect during your Main Phase, draw 2, take one of their monsters until the End Phase, or shuffle a card from their hand into the Deck. Limited to one copy.
Small World
L26D-ENX23
Reveal a monster in your hand, pick a monster in your Deck that shares exactly one of Type, Attribute, Level, ATK or DEF with it, then add a monster that shares exactly one with the pick. The revealed card and the pick are banished face-down.
Harpie's Feather Duster
L26D-ENS06
Destroys every Spell and Trap your opponent controls. Limited to one copy.
