Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG · 2005 Set Guide
60 cards that introduced the Elemental HEROes and the Ancient Gears, with Brain Control, Winged Kuriboh and the four Charmers.
The Lost Millennium is a 60-card set released June 1, 2005, with codes TLM-EN001 to TLM-EN060. 59 of its cards were new; Card of Sanctity had first appeared as a promotional card, according to the catalog's release dates.
It is the first set with Elemental HERO cards: four Normal Monsters (Avian, Burstinatrix, Clayman and Sparkman) and the two Fusions they make, Flame Wingman and Thunder Giant. It also starts the Ancient Gear monsters with Ancient Gear Golem, Ancient Gear Beast and Ancient Gear Soldier, and has the four Charmers and Winged Kuriboh.
As in the sets before it, every Rare, Super Rare and Ultra Rare also comes as an Ultimate Rare, so 60 set codes make 85 printings.
The Lost Millennium has 60 set codes, each starting TLM-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.
The 25 Ultimate Rares count again beside their regular rarity, which is why the rows add up to 85 printings for 60 set codes. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version. The Lost Millennium's two new groups are the Elemental HEROes and the Ancient Gears.
Elemental HERO Flame Wingman
TLM-EN035
A Fusion of Elemental HERO Avian and Burstinatrix that must be Fusion Summoned. When it destroys a monster by battle, it deals damage equal to that monster's ATK.
Elemental HERO Thunder Giant
TLM-EN036
A Fusion of Sparkman and Clayman. Once per turn, discard a card to destroy a face-up monster with lower original ATK than its ATK.
Elemental HERO Avian
TLM-EN001
A Level 3 WIND Warrior Normal Monster, one of the four Elemental HEROes the set's Fusions are made from.
Ancient Gear Golem
TLM-EN006
A Level 8 with 3000 ATK and DEF that cannot be Special Summoned. When it attacks, your opponent cannot activate Spells or Traps until the end of the Damage Step, and it deals piercing damage.
Ancient Gear Beast
TLM-EN007
Also cannot be Special Summoned. It stops Spells and Traps when it attacks and negates the effects of monsters it destroys by battle.
Four more cards from the set, from a staple Spell to the four Charmers.
Brain Control
TLM-EN038
Pay 800 LP to take control of a face-up monster your opponent controls that can be Normal Summoned, until the End Phase.
Winged Kuriboh
TLM-EN005
If it is destroyed on the field and sent to the GY, you take no battle damage for the rest of the turn.
Aussa the Earth Charmer
TLM-EN026
One of the four Charmers, each a Level 3 Flip monster that takes control of an opponent's monster of its own Attribute.
D.D. Survivor
TLM-EN023
If it was banished face-up from your field this turn, it Special Summons itself in the End Phase.
