Attack of the Vine! Set Guide

Overview

Attack of the Vine! is Disney Lorcana's thirteenth set and the first with 207 regular cards rather than 204. Its release also rotated Core Constructed: sets 5 to 8 left the format, leaving Fabled through Attack of the Vine! legal.

The set is built around pairs. 15 of its regular cards are named for two characters, such as Sulley & Boo or Rapunzel & Flynn Rider, and 16 are dual-ink, with every pair of the six inks represented at least once. Monsters, Inc., Up and Turning Red arrive alongside them.

Its other faction is the Vinelings: 13 Floodborn characters named "... - Created by the Vine," each of which strengthens your other Floodborn characters.

Cards and rarities

Attack of the Vine! has 245 cards. The collector line at the bottom of each card shows its number over 207, the count of regular cards, then the language and the set number 13, as in "1/207 · EN · 13". Cards numbered above 207 are the Epic, Enchanted and Iconic extras.

Every Epic, Enchanted and Iconic card is a foil reprint of a card from the same set with new art, so it plays exactly like the regular printing. That is why a Legendary and its Iconic can sit a thousand dollars apart. Teams, dual inks and new kinds of Shift

A dual-ink card belongs to both of its inks, so it fits a deck built in that pair and no other. All but one of the set's dual-ink cards are Team characters, two characters on one card, and their Shift lets you play them on top of either one: Lilo & Stitch shifts onto a character named Lilo or one named Stitch.

Three new versions of Shift go with them. Combo Shift (Sulley & Boo, Dash Parr & Violet Parr) can go on top of two characters at once, one of each name, and both stay under it. Duo Shift, on Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse, requires both. Temporary Shift, on the Turning Red cast, returns only the shifted card to your hand at the end of your turn.

Christopher Robin - Hunny Sage leads the 15 Hunny characters: his GATHER THE PARTY ability lets you put Hunny characters of any ink in your deck, regardless of the two-ink rule.

Attack of the Vine!'s 12 Legendaries. Five are dual-ink Teams, so the two-per-ink split of the earlier sets does not apply here. Neither Iconic is a Legendary: both are reprints of Super Rares.

Attack of the Vine!'s chase card is the Iconic Belle & Beast - Certain as the Sun, illustrated by Milica Celikovic. It was $2,008.20 on September 30, 2026, ahead of the other Iconic, Lilo & Stitch - Fun-Loving Friends, at $1,629.34.

Both Iconics reprint Super Rares, not Legendaries. The Super Rare Belle & Beast at number 132 was $0.34, or $2.26 in foil: a dual-ink Ruby and Sapphire Team that readies your whole inkwell when it quests.

Chase cards and prices

The Team cards dominate the Enchanted chase: the top six Enchanted cards are all two characters on one card, led by Winnie the Pooh & Piglet at $831. The Enchanted median was about $132.

Playing it

Every Attack of the Vine! card is legal in Core Constructed. Core Constructed has used sets 9 (Fabled) onward since Attack of the Vine! released in July 2026, when sets 5 to 8 rotated out; sets 1 to 4 had left at the first rotation, with Fabled in 2025. Infinity Constructed allows every set.

Dual-ink cards are narrower than they look. A deck may use at most two inks, so a dual-ink card only fits a deck built in exactly its pair, while a single-ink card fits five possible pairs. The Team cards are strongest where both named characters already appear in the deck, since that gives their Shift something to land on.
