Overview

Wide release November 29, 2024
Set number 6
Cards 204 regular, 222 in total
Themes Pirates (31), Inventors (16)

Azurite Sea is Disney Lorcana's sixth set and the last of 2024. Its 204 regular cards split evenly across the six inks, 34 each: 148 characters, 20 actions, 18 items, 12 locations and 6 songs.

Like Shimmering Skies it adds no keyword, and builds on classifications instead. Pirate is on 31 characters, against 10 in Into the Inklands, the most of any earlier set, and 15 cards mention Pirates, from Daisy Duck - Pirate Captain to Pooh Pirate Ship. Big Hero 6 adds to the Inventors, now on 16 cards, and brings the Robot classification, and 22 cards mention items.

It has the standard 18 Enchanted cards and no overnumbered extras.

Cards and rarities

Azurite Sea has 222 cards. The collector line at the bottom of each card shows its number over 204, the count of regular cards, then the language and the set number 6, as in "1/204 · EN · 6". Cards numbered above 204 are the 18 Enchanted cards.

Super Rare181 to 204Three per ink.
Legendary121 to 204Two per ink.
Enchanted18205 to 222Foil reprints with full, borderless art.

Every Enchanted card is a foil reprint of a card from the same set with new art, so it plays exactly like the regular printing. The Epic and Iconic rarities did not exist yet: Fabled introduced both in 2025. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the regular cards by collector number and keeps Enchanted, Epic and Iconic cards apart as extras, so finishing the set and chasing the cards above it read as two separate goals. The Inventors work with items. Gadget Hackwrench - Brilliant Bosun makes your Inventors cheaper while you have 3 or more items, and Hiro Hamada - Team Leader gives your other Inventors Resist +1.

Playing it

Azurite Sea is not legal in Core Constructed. It left Core Constructed when Attack of the Vine! released in July 2026, which rotated out sets 5 to 8. Core now uses Fabled (set 9) onward, and Infinity Constructed still allows every set.

Pirate decks need enough Pirates to turn on their payoffs, and the set gives them a lot to choose from. Inventor decks lean on items, which stay in play but don't quest, so they want the cards that turn items into lore or card draw.
