What each set added
Into the Inklands added locations, 18 of them, and the first 18-card Enchanted run. Ursula's Return added Sing Together, songs your characters sing as a group. Shimmering Skies and Azurite Sea added no keyword and built on classifications instead: Sugar Rush's Racers and the Knights, then 31 Pirates and Big Hero 6's Inventors.
The chase card in each set
Every 2024 set tops out at Enchanted. Shimmering Skies' Mufasa was the most valuable card of the year, and the other three sets' chase cards sat between about $150 and $210.

The guides
Into the Inklands (set 3, March 8, 2024). The set that added locations: 18 places your characters move to for a bonus, a Dalmatian Puppy you may run 99 copies of, and the first 18-card Enchanted run.
Ursula's Return (set 4, May 31, 2024). Songs got bigger: Sing Together lets several characters pool their cost to sing one, the Madrigal family arrives from Encanto, and Ursula takes the crown at Legendary.
Shimmering Skies (set 5, August 23, 2024). No new keyword, but new teams to build around: Sugar Rush's racers move between locations for lore, and the Seven Dwarfs ride out as Knights behind Snow White.
Azurite Sea (set 6, November 29, 2024). The pirate set: Pirate is on 31 characters with cards that pay off for crewing up, and Big Hero 6's Inventors build around items.
Core Constructed and the 2024 sets

Into the Inklands and Ursula's Return never were, since Core began with Fabled in 2025; Shimmering Skies and Azurite Sea left with sets 7 and 8 when Attack of the Vine! released in July 2026. Infinity Constructed allows every set. Deck building rules for both formats →
