Strike of Neos (February 28, 2007). 69 cards that introduced the Six Samurai and added Air Neos, Grand Neos and Glow Neos, D.D. Crow and nine Secret Rares.

Duelist Pack: Zane Truesdale (March 7, 2007). 30 cards of Zane Truesdale's Cyber Dragon and Cyberdark Machines, with Infernal Dragon and Damage Polarizer among the five new cards.

Force of the Breaker (May 16, 2007). 69 cards that introduced the Crystal Beasts and the Volcanics, with Raiza the Storm Monarch, Harpie Queen and the field-search monsters such as Gravekeeper's Commandant.

Tactical Evolution (August 15, 2007). 90 cards with the first Gemini monsters, the Venoms and Vennominaga, Rainbow Dragon as the first Ghost Rare, Magma Neos and Necro Gardna.

Gladiator's Assault (November 14, 2007). The last set of 2007: 95 cards with the Gladiator Beasts and Test Tiger, the Cloudians, Dark Fusion and the first Evil HEROes, and fifteen Secret Rares.

The top rarities in 2007

2007 brought Secret Rares back to the booster sets, nine in each of the first two and more after that, and added the Ghost Rare: one card in each of the last two sets is printed as both a Secret Rare and a Ghost Rare.
