Duelist Pack: Yusei 2 (January 15, 2010). Yusei's second Duelist Pack: 30 cards with Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode, Junk Archer, Road Warrior and Debris Dragon, and five new cards.
Absolute Powerforce (February 12, 2010). The first core set of 2010: 100 cards with Majestic Red Dragon, Battle Fader, Drill Warrior, more Reptilianne and Gravekeeper's support, and X-Saber Synchros.
Duelist Pack: Kaiba (April 16, 2010). A 40-card Duelist Pack of Kaiba's deck, from Blue-Eyes White Dragon to Crush Card Virus, with five Ultimate Rares and the new Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon.
The Shining Darkness (May 7, 2010). 100 cards built around Infernity, which plays with an empty hand, with Black-Winged Dragon, Blackwing - Breeze the Zephyr, Herald of Perfection and Into the Void.
Gold Series 3 (June 18, 2010). The third Gold Series: 50 reprints with Blackwing and Amazoness groups and Gold Rares of Thunder King Rai-Oh, Stardust Dragon and Mystical Space Typhoon.
Hidden Arsenal 2 (July 15, 2010). The second Hidden Arsenal: 60 Super and Secret Rares across nine Duel Terminal archetypes, including Naturia Beast and Naturia Rosewhip, both Forbidden today.
Duelist Revolution (August 17, 2010). 100 cards that introduced the Scraps and the Unicorn Synchros, with Effect Veiler, Solemn Warning, Pot of Duality, Scrap Dragon and ten Amazoness cards.
Starstrike Blast (November 11, 2010). The last core set of 2010: 100 cards with the first Synchro Tuner, Formula Synchron, Shooting Star Dragon and Red Nova Dragon, the Karakuri, Glow-Up Bulb and Tuning.
Hidden Arsenal 3 (December 2, 2010). The third Hidden Arsenal: 60 Super and Secret Rares across eight Duel Terminal archetypes, with Gungnir, Dragon of the Ice Barrier and the first Dragunity cards.
