World Superstars Card List and Set Guide

Overview

World Superstars released April 16, 2015, with 50 cards under the WSUP set code: 34 Super Rares and 16 Prismatic Secret Rares, and no Commons or Rares.

All 50 cards were new to the TCG with this set.

Most of them add a few cards each to themes from the ZEXAL anime: Galaxy-Eyes, Heraldic, Gagaga, Dododo, Battlin' Boxer, Heroic and Star Seraph get two or three cards apiece. The set also has single cards such as Elemental HERO Blazeman, Galaxy Soldier and Number F0: Utopic Future.

Cards and rarities

World Superstars has 50 set codes, each starting WSUP-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.

Each set code has one rarity, so the 50 set codes are also 50 printings. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version. Themes

World Superstars spreads its 50 cards across many small themes rather than building one deck. These six show the range.

Tachyon Transmigration

WSUP-EN012

A Counter Trap that, while you control a Galaxy-Eyes monster, negates every Spell, Trap and monster effect your opponent activated earlier in the chain and shuffles them into the Deck.

Galaxy-Eyes Cloudragon

WSUP-EN009

Tribute it to Special Summon another Galaxy-Eyes monster from your hand or GY, and once per Duel it attaches itself from the GY to a Galaxy-Eyes Xyz Monster as material.

Gagaga Sister

WSUP-EN006

When Normal Summoned it adds a Gagaga Spell or Trap from your Deck. It can combine its Level with another Gagaga monster's for the turn.

Number 18: Heraldry Patriarch

WSUP-EN004

A Rank 4 that destroys all but one of a set of same-named monsters on the field and stops your opponent Summoning more of them. Sent to the GY, it sends 2 Heraldic Beasts from your Deck there.

Number 55: Gogogo Goliath

WSUP-EN007

A Rank 4 that gives all your monsters 800 DEF and detaches to return a Level 4 EARTH Rock from your GY to your hand.

Star Seraph Sovereignty

WSUP-EN020

Special Summons itself from your hand when you Summon a Star Seraph, then draws a card, which you can Special Summon if it is a Star Seraph.

Cards worth knowing

Four cards that are not tied to the set's ZEXAL themes. Blazeman and Utopic Future are the two most valuable cards in the set.

Elemental HERO Blazeman

WSUP-EN032

When Normal or Special Summoned it adds Polymerization from your Deck. In your Main Phase it sends another Elemental HERO from your Deck to the GY and copies its Attribute, ATK and DEF, but you can only Special Summon Fusion Monsters that turn.

Number F0: Utopic Future

WSUP-EN026

A Rank 1 for 2 Xyz Monsters of the same Rank that are not Numbers. It cannot be destroyed by battle, no battle damage comes from its battles, and it takes control of the monster it battled until the end of the Battle Phase.

Galaxy Soldier

WSUP-EN010

Special Summons itself from your hand by sending another LIGHT monster there, then adds a Galaxy monster from your Deck.

Earthshattering Event

WSUP-EN042

A Continuous Spell. Each time a card is sent from the Deck to the GY, it shuffles a card from either GY into the Deck and stops more cards going from the Deck to the GY that turn.

The chase card: Elemental HERO Blazeman

Elemental HERO Blazeman

WSUP-EN032

Rarity Prismatic Secret Rare

Set code WSUP-EN032

1st Edition market price, October 22, 2026 $9.37

The Prismatic Secret Rare Elemental HERO Blazeman (WSUP-EN032) is World Superstars' chase card, at $9.37 on October 22, 2026. That is about twice the next card, the Prismatic Secret Rare Number F0: Utopic Future at $4.58.

Blazeman is a Level 4 FIRE Warrior. When it is Normal or Special Summoned it adds Polymerization from your Deck to your hand, and in your Main Phase it can send another Elemental HERO from your Deck to the GY to take that monster's Attribute, ATK and DEF until the end of the turn, though you can only Special Summon Fusion Monsters for the rest of that turn.

It is printed only as a Prismatic Secret Rare in this set.

Rarity is in the foil rather than the set code, so check it before you price the copy in your hand. Reading the set code and rarity →

Playing it

One card in World Superstars is on the Forbidden & Limited List as of October 23, 2026: Number 86: Heroic Champion - Rhongomyniad is Forbidden.

Most of the set's cards fill gaps in their themes: a search, a second Xyz Monster, or a Spell or Trap. If you play Galaxy-Eyes, Tachyon Transmigration, Galaxy-Eyes Cloudragon and Galaxy Soldier are the cards to look at first.
