Shanks: Red-Haired Freeze

A green Shanks deck from OP17 that rests your opponent's Characters, keeps them rested through their turn, and K.O.s whatever is left lying there. A 50-card Green deck built from singles, $33.28 for every card.

Shanks

OP17-020

Once per turn, the OP17 Shanks Leader trashes a card from your hand or rests one of your DON!! cards to pick one of your opponent's rested Characters. That Character skips their next Refresh Phase, so it can't attack on their turn, and it is still rested on your next turn: it can't block and you can attack it.

Hongo, Humandrill, Yasopp and Benn.Beckman rest their Characters. The Leader, Trafalgar Law and I Know You're Strong keep them rested, and Bonk Punch & Monster, Megalo, For Fun and Withdraw Now K.O. them. Limejuice, Lucky.Roux and Are You That Afraid of the New Era?! find the crew. The 10-cost Shanks rests their whole board and attacks the turn it comes down. The deck starts on turn 3, when its 4-cost Characters come down, and it runs four 10-cost Shanks because Rush is how it closes.

The rule people get wrong: the Leader doesn't rest anything. It only works on a Character that is already rested, so rest it first and freeze it second. It's worth doing, because you can only attack an opposing Character while it is rested.

Every card is priced at the printing in this list at TCGplayer's market price as of November 2, 2026. Several One Piece cards share a name, so this deck has no one-click cart: a cart filled by name would pick up the wrong cards. Tap a card below for that exact printing and its price.

You also need a DON!! deck of 10 DON!! cards, which this list and its total leave out. Any DON!! cards work, and every One Piece starter deck comes with 10.

These prices don't include shipping. They are card prices only, and TCGplayer adds shipping for each seller in your cart, so the total at checkout will be higher. Card prices also move with demand. For the best experience, check your local game store first: you can see the cards before you buy, skip the shipping, and support the place you play.
