One Piece Card Game · OP17 · 2026 Set Guide
The newest One Piece set is about the Four Emperors, past and present: five of its six Leaders are Emperors, the sixth is Rocks.D.Xebec, and it holds the most valuable printing of the year.
The World's Strongest Warriors is the seventeenth main booster set. The Four Emperors is its biggest type, on 24 base printings, and five Leaders carry it: Edward.Newgate (red), Shanks (green), Kaido (purple), Monkey.D.Luffy (black) and Charlotte Linlin (yellow). The sixth, Rocks.D.Xebec (blue), leads the Rocks Pirates. Each Leader is a single color, one per color.
Elbaph is the other big type, on 21 base printings, and it ties into the black Luffy Leader through card cost. Several cards here care about Characters with a cost of 12 or more, and the Secret Rare Loki gains +12 cost on his own.
It ties OP14 for the most special printings of any main set this year, 60, including four Manga cards, two Super Alternate Arts, six Pandaman Art printings and a Super Leader Alternate Art of the Luffy Leader.
TCGplayer lists 179 printings in The World's Strongest Warriors. 119 are base printings, the version of each card number with no special art, and the other 60 are special printings of those numbers and the set's DON!! cards.
The rarity counts above are the 119 base printings. Two of the 60 other printings, the Super Alternate Art Rocks.D.Xebec and an SP Monkey.D.Luffy (EB04-061), had no market price yet at the end of September. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts a set by its base printings and keeps every other printing as a separate tally, so finishing the set and chasing its special printings read as two separate goals. The Super Leader Alternate Art Luffy is the most valuable printing in any 2026 One Piece set, at $1,776.47 on September 30. It's the only Super Leader Alternate Art in a 2026 set, and its art sets a full-color Luffy against a black-and-white manga panel.
The Manga Shanks (OP17-022) was the runner-up at $1,502.19, and two more Manga cards, Edward.Newgate and Kaido, were above $1,000. The same Luffy Leader is $0.20 as a base printing and $51.51 as an Alternate Art.
| Printing | Market price, September 30, 2026 |
|---|---|
| Base | $0.20 |

These are each printing's TCGplayer market price on September 30, 2026. Prices for a new set can move a long way in its first months, so treat them as a snapshot. Each card's page shows today's price and its 90-day chart. How One Piece card prices work →
The black Luffy Leader does nothing until you have a Character with a cost of 12 or more, so a Luffy deck counts its big cards. Loki is the easiest way there, since his +12 makes him an 18-cost Blocker, and the SR Luffy (OP17-093) and Usopp (OP17-080) both get better once one is in play.
Rocks.D.Xebec is the deck-type Leader of the set: his draw only works when your top card is a Rocks Pirates card, so a Rocks deck wants as many of them as it can fit.
Tournament play adds Bandai's banned and restricted lists and, since April 2026, Standard rotation by the block number printed on each card. Check Bandai's current announcements before an event. Deck building rules →
August 28, 2026. TCGplayer lists the release event cards as a separate group dated August 21.
Six, one per color: Edward.Newgate (red), Shanks (green), Rocks.D.Xebec (blue), Kaido (purple), Monkey.D.Luffy (black) and Charlotte Linlin (yellow).
On September 30, 2026, the Super Leader Alternate Art Monkey.D.Luffy (OP17-079) at about $1,776, then the Manga Shanks (OP17-022) at about $1,502. Prices move daily, so check each card's page for the current figure.
TCGplayer's label for a further alternate printing of a Leader, above its Alternate Art. OP17's Luffy is the only one in a 2026 set. Like every special printing it shares the Leader's card number and plays exactly the same.
