One Piece Card Game · OP18 · Preview
The 18th main booster brings Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God. This page collects what Bandai and TCGplayer show as of October 11, 2026, and what isn't known yet.
The Dominance of God releases in English on November 20, 2026. Everything below is as of October 11, 2026, and each row says where it comes from.
Bandai's English product page gives November 20, 2026 and an MSRP of $4.99 per pack, the same price as every main set since OP11. It also carries two legality notes: cards are legal from the pre-release date at your local game store, and tournament legal 7 days after release in your region. Check your event's own rules for the weeks in between.
TCGplayer already lists a group for OP18's release event cards dated November 13, 2026, with no cards in it yet. On October 11, 2026 a booster box was pre-selling at a $359.79 market price and a case at $4,499.50. Those are early pre-order prices, set before anyone has opened a pack. Six Leaders are listed, the usual count for a main set, though more could still appear. Five come from the Alabasta and Water Seven stories; Saint Gunko leads the Holy Knights of God.
| Leader | Card number, colors and life | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Karoo | OP18-001, Blue/Red, 4 life | Your Characters with both the Animal and Alabasta types gain Rush and +1000 power. Once per turn, when one of your Alabasta Characters is K.O.'d, draw 1 card. |
| Franky | OP18-021, Green/Purple, 4 life | Stage cards in your hand have a +3000 Counter. Once per turn, return 1 DON!! to play a Stage costing 5 or less from your hand. |
| Monkey.D.Luffy | OP18-022, Green, 5 life | With 3 DON!! attached, once per turn when it attacks, you may set it active again; if you do, it does not become active in your next Refresh Phase. |
| Ms. All Sunday | OP18-041, Blue, 5 life | When one of your Baroque Works Characters with 3000 base power or more is K.O.'d, draw 1 card and your opponent trashes 1 card from their hand. |
| Saint Gunko | OP18-060, Purple/Black, 4 life | Once per turn, when a Character is played from your trash, draw 2 and trash 1. Once per turn, trash a card to add 1 active DON!! if you have a Character with 8000 base power or more. |
| Spandam | OP18-079, Black/Yellow, 4 life | Rest 2 DON!! and this Leader and trash a CP card from your hand to put the top card of your deck on top of your Life. |
Luffy's ability is the one to read twice. Setting the Leader active lets it attack a second time this turn, but the cost is real: it stays rested through your next Refresh Phase, so unless another effect sets it active, it can't attack on your following turn. In effect, it trades next turn's attack for a second one now. How Leader cards work →
Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock are the set's headline debut, and their cards are built to work together from the trash. Saint Shamrock is the set's Secret Rare: an 8-cost, 9000-power Character that, when K.O.'d, can return to play from your trash if you trash a card from your hand. On the turn it is played, it can also bring back a Holy Knights of God Character costing 6 or less from your trash.
| Card | Card number and printing |
|---|---|
| Saint Shamrock | OP18-119, Secret Rare, Alternate Art |
| Saint Shamrock | OP18-119, Secret Rare |
Both halves of Shamrock's text play a Character from the trash, which is exactly what Saint Gunko's Leader ability rewards with a draw. Shamrock's 9000 power also turns on Gunko's DON!! ability. How strong the pairing is depends on the rest of the Holy Knights cards, most of which haven't been revealed.
Of the 27 printings listed, 24 are base printings and three are special printings: the Alternate Art Saint Shamrock, a Manga Nico Robin (OP18-031) and an Alternate Art reprint of OP17's Secret Rare Loki (OP17-119). Most of the base printings shown so far are Commons.
| Card | Card number and printing |
|---|---|
| Nico Robin | OP18-031, Super Rare, Manga |
| Loki | OP17-119, Secret Rare, Alternate Art |
The Super Rare Nico Robin fits the Water Seven theme. On your opponent's turn, if one of your Characters would be removed by their effect, you can rest it instead. At the end of your turn, she sets one of your Water Seven cards and one DON!! as active. Loki keeps the text he had in OP17: he counts as 12 more cost, gains 3000 power on your opponent's turn, and when played K.O.s your opponent's Characters with a total cost of 4 or less.
TurnZero HQ's One Piece catalog follows TCGplayer's list, so the 27 printings above are already searchable and scannable, and the rest appear as TCGplayer adds them. Prices start once TCGplayer has sales. TurnZero HQ tracks cards, not sealed product, so booster boxes aren't in it. When OP18 is out and priced, this page becomes its full set guide, with the chase card and the price of every special printing.
As of October 11, 2026, about 100 of the 127+1 card types aren't listed, including most of the Super Rares, any Secret Rare besides Shamrock, and every SP and Treasure Rare. Nobody can name OP18's chase card yet, and Bandai doesn't publish pull rates. The booster box price after release depends on all of that.

Yes, as TCGplayer lists them. TurnZero HQ's One Piece catalog follows TCGplayer's list, so OP18 printings appear in search, the scanner and set completion as they are added, and they get prices once TCGplayer has sales.
