High-Speed Riders released October 1, 2015, with 60 cards under the HSRD set code: 27 Commons, 12 Rares, 10 Super Rares, 6 Ultra Rares and 5 Secret Rares.

34 of the 60 cards were new to the TCG, spread between HSRD-EN001 and EN042. The other 26 are reprints, from Mystical Space Typhoon (2002) to Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier (2011) and cards from 2015, placed with the themes they support.

It has three groups. Speedroid gets twelve new WIND Machine cards, PSY-Frame ten Psychic cards built around PSY-Frame Driver, and Red Dragon Archfiend new Resonators and two Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Synchro Monsters, with older Resonator and Archfiend cards reprinted beside them.

Cards and rarities

High-Speed Riders has 60 set codes, each starting HSRD-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.

Secret Rare5Hi-Speedroid Chanbara, Red Wyvern, PSY-Framelord Omega, Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Bane and the reprinted Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier.

Each set code has one rarity, so the 60 set codes are also 60 printings. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version. Themes

Speedroid, PSY-Frame and Red Dragon Archfiend each get a group of new cards with reprints beside them. These are the key pieces of each.

Playing it

Three cards in High-Speed Riders are on the Forbidden & Limited List as of October 23, 2026. PSY-Framelord Omega and Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier are Forbidden, and PSY-Framegear Gamma is Limited.

PSY-Framegears are hand traps with a catch: each one can only be Special Summoned by its own effect, and only while you control no monsters, so a PSY-Frame deck keeps its field empty on your opponent's turn.

The Red Dragon Archfiend group reprints Red Dragon Archfiend, Red Nova Dragon and Hot Red Dragon Archfiend, which the two new Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Synchro Monsters need as material.
