Yugi's Legendary Decks Card List and Set Guide

Overview

Yugi's Legendary Decks released November 12, 2015, as a box of three decks. The catalog lists 126 set codes for 106 different cards: 108 Commons, 15 Ultra Rares and 3 Secret Rares, counting the Ultra Rare token.

Each deck has its own code range. The first (YGLD-ENA00 to ENA41) has Exodia, Black Luster Soldier and Gaia The Fierce Knight; the second (ENB) the Magnet Warriors, Valkyrion the Magna Warrior and Pot of Greed; the third (ENC) Dark Magician of Chaos, Silent Magician and Silent Swordsman.

Almost everything is a reprint of a card first released between 2002 and 2010. The new cards are a Secret Rare at the front of each deck, Electromagnetic Turtle, Dark Renewal and Black Illusion, plus the Normal Monster Griffore and a Yami Yugi token.

Cards and rarities

Yugi's Legendary Decks has 126 set codes, each starting YGLD-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.

Some cards are in more than one deck, each copy with its own code, which is why the set has 126 codes for 106 different cards. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version. New cards

Each deck starts with a new Secret Rare: Electromagnetic Turtle at YGLD-ENA00, Dark Renewal at ENB00 and Black Illusion at ENC00.

Electromagnetic Turtle

YGLD-ENA00

Once per Duel, during your opponent's Battle Phase, you can banish it from your GY to end the Battle Phase.

Dark Renewal

YGLD-ENB00

A Trap for when your opponent Summons: send one of their monsters and one of your Spellcasters to the GY, then Special Summon a DARK Spellcaster from your Deck or GY.

Black Illusion

YGLD-ENC00

A Trap that, for the turn, keeps your DARK Spellcasters with 2000 or more ATK from being destroyed by battle and makes them unaffected by your opponent's effects, with their own effects negated.

Classic cards in the box

The three decks reprint many of the best-known early cards, several of them at Ultra Rare.

Exodia the Forbidden One

YGLD-ENA17

A Level 3 Spellcaster. With it and the four Forbidden One limbs in your hand, you win the Duel. All five pieces are in the first deck.

Valkyrion the Magna Warrior

YGLD-ENB01

Special Summoned by Tributing Alpha, Beta and Gamma The Magnet Warrior, all three of which are in the second deck. It can Tribute itself to bring them back.

Dark Magician of Chaos

YGLD-ENC02

A Level 8 that returns a Spell from your GY to your hand in the End Phase of the turn it is Summoned, and banishes monsters it destroys by battle.

Silent Magician LV8

YGLD-ENC04

A Level 8 Special Summoned by Silent Magician LV4, which is also in the third deck. It is unaffected by your opponent's Spell effects.

Prices

TurnZero HQ's catalog has a TCGplayer price for only one Yugi's Legendary Decks printing as of October 22, 2026, so this guide has no chase card or price list. Many of the same cards have priced printings in other sets, and each card's page shows every printing it has a price for. How Yu-Gi-Oh! card prices work →

Yugi's Legendary Decks card list

Every set code in Yugi's Legendary Decks, in set code order, with each rarity it is printed at: 126 set codes in all, as listed in TurnZero HQ's catalog on October 23, 2026. Each name goes to that card's page, with today's price for every printing.

Playing it

Nine cards in Yugi's Legendary Decks are on the Forbidden & Limited List as of October 23, 2026. Pot of Greed is Forbidden, and Exodia the Forbidden One, Right Leg of the Forbidden One, Left Leg of the Forbidden One, Right Arm of the Forbidden One, Left Arm of the Forbidden One, Monster Reborn, Card Destruction and Gold Sarcophagus are Limited.

Each deck has 41 or 42 cards, enough for the 40-card minimum, so the three can be played against each other as they come. Pot of Greed, in the second deck, is Forbidden, so that deck needs a different card in its place for play under the current list.
