Pokémon TCG · 2010 Set Guide
Gengar Prime and Mew Prime, built around the Lost Zone, eight Pokémon Prime in all, and Junk Arm and Seeker.
HS Triumphant came out on November 3, 2010, with 103 cards: 96 Pokémon, 6 Trainers and 1 Energy. Its eight Pokémon Prime are the most of any HeartGold & SoulSilver set, and two of them, Gengar and Mew, play with the Lost Zone, where cards leave the game.
Its two Pokémon LEGEND are Darkrai & Cresselia and Palkia & Dialga. The printed total is 102, and Alph Lithograph, numbered FOUR, is above it.
HS Triumphant has 103 cards. Every card shows its number over the printed total along the bottom, as in "4/102". The cards print a set symbol, not a set code; the code here is the short one the catalog and TurnZero HQ file the set under.
The printed total is 102. The four LEGEND cards are two pairs of halves. Alph Lithograph, numbered FOUR, is the one secret rare. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts a set against its printed total and keeps the secret rares apart, so finishing the main set and chasing the cards above it read as two separate goals. Two Primes and a LEGEND:
Gengar
HS—Triumphant #94
A Pokémon Prime. Catastrophe sends your opponent's Knocked Out Pokémon to the Lost Zone while it is Active.
Mew
HS—Triumphant #97
A Pokémon Prime. Lost Link lets it use the attacks of every Pokémon in the Lost Zone.
Darkrai & Cresselia LEGEND
HS—Triumphant #99
One half of Darkrai & Cresselia LEGEND. Lost Crisis does 100; Moon's Invite moves your opponent's damage counters around.
Two Trainers:
HS Triumphant's chase card is Gengar Prime, 94/102, illustrated by Takashi Yamaguchi, at $665.32 on October 22, 2026.
Mew Prime ($394.47) is second, ahead of the top half of Darkrai & Cresselia LEGEND ($280.42).
Gengar is printed once in the set.
Only the exact version is worth its price. The number at the bottom of the card and the rarity symbol beside it tell you which one you pulled. Reading the number and rarity symbol →

These are each card's headline TCGplayer market price on October 22, 2026. Prices can move a long way, most of all in a set's first months, so treat them as a snapshot. Each card's page shows today's price for every variant and its 90-day chart. How Pokémon card prices work →
One copy of every card in HS Triumphant, bought as singles, cost $2,782.77 on October 22, 2026. That is the fourth most expensive of the five sets in the HeartGold & SoulSilver series.
The three most valuable cards, Gengar, Mew and Darkrai & Cresselia LEGEND, come to $1,340.21, or 48% of the total. Without them the set costs $1,442.56. Of the 103 cards, 57 were under $2.00, together $38.55; the other 46 add up to $2,744.22.
Each card is counted at its cheapest priced variant, usually a Normal copy rather than a Reverse Holofoil, or a stamped promo copy where the catalog prices one lower, at its TCGplayer market price. This is what it costs to buy the set as singles. It is not what opening packs returns, and not what a complete set would sell for, which after fees and the many cards worth cents would be noticeably less.
The catalog marks every card in HS Triumphant as legal in neither Standard nor Expanded, the two formats Play! Pokémon sanctions. Expanded starts with the Black & White series in 2011.
November 3, 2010. It was the fourth HeartGold & SoulSilver set, followed by Call of Legends in February 2011.
