In your Pokémon collection, open Import and export. On the web, choose the file. On a phone, paste the CSV's text.
Every row is matched before anything is saved, and marked as matched, needing a pick, or not found. Nothing is added yet.
Where a row could be more than one printing, you're shown the candidates. Tap the right one and it's added on the spot.
Add N cards commits every matched row in one go. Rows that matched nothing are left out, and you can add those by hand.
Columns are found by their header names, not their position, which is how one importer reads the TCGplayer app's export, Collectr's, Dragon Shield's and TurnZero HQ's own. Each row is then matched to one exact printing using the most specific thing it carries:
A name on its own never matches, because a name like Pikachu is printed on dozens of cards; those rows ask you to pick. Where a row does carry a name, it has to agree with the card the set and number point at, so a shifted column can't quietly import the wrong card. Why the set and number matter →
Conditions are read however the other app writes them: "Near Mint", "NM" and TCGplayer's "Near Mint Reverse Holofoil" all come in as Near Mint, and the last one as a reverse holo too. Languages and grades such as PSA 10 or CGC 9.5 come across the same way. A value TurnZero HQ can't read is left blank with a warning in the preview rather than failing the row, so one odd cell doesn't cost you the card. What each copy can record →
Export writes your whole collection to a CSV: every card with its variant, condition, language, grade, quantity and any value you've set. On the web it downloads; on a phone it goes out through the share sheet. It opens safely in a spreadsheet, and importing it back into TurnZero HQ restores it row for row, so your collection is never locked in.
Yes. Export your collection from Collectr as a CSV and import it into TurnZero HQ. Columns are recognized by their header names, and Collectr's are among the ones it reads. You'll see every row matched in a preview before anything is added.
Yes. TCGplayer's export includes each card's TCGplayer product id, which is one of the most reliable ways a row can be matched, and its condition text (like "Near Mint Reverse Holofoil") is read into a condition and a variant.
It's shown in the preview and left out of the import, so it never becomes a guess in your collection. A row with only a card name, and no set or number, is never matched automatically: you're shown the printings with that name and tap the right one. If a condition, language or grade can't be read, the row is still imported and that field is left blank, with a warning.
