Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG · 2025 Set Guide
A 296-code reprint set where every card was printed before. Its value sits in the Quarter Century Secret Rares, led by Diabellstar the Black Witch.
Quarter Century Stampede is a reprint set. All 293 of its cards were printed before, from Dark Magician, Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Red-Eyes Black Dragon, first released in 2002, to Mulcharmy Fuwalos, first released in October 2024.
The set codes split into two halves. RA04-EN001 to RA04-EN105 are mostly listed at many rarities, and the catalog has 74 of them at all seven: Super Rare, Ultra Rare, Secret Rare, Platinum Secret Rare, Ultimate Rare, Collector's Rare and Quarter Century Secret Rare. The other 191 codes, RA04-EN106 to RA04-EN296, come at Platinum Secret Rare and Quarter Century Secret Rare only.
There are 296 codes for 293 cards because three cards have two codes each. Dark Magician is RA04-EN001 and RA04-EN106, Blue-Eyes White Dragon is RA04-EN002 and RA04-EN108, and Aleister the Invoker is RA04-EN024 and RA04-EN278.
Quarter Century Stampede has 296 set codes, each starting RA04-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.
Counts are set codes, so a code listed at seven rarities counts in all seven rows. The catalog lists 23 of the first 105 codes at Quarter Century Secret Rare only, Diabellstar the Black Witch among them, and 8 codes have no Quarter Century Secret Rare listed. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version. How set completion works →
The set's value sits in its Quarter Century Secret Rares, and most of the top printings come from the first 105 codes. Besides Diabellstar the Black Witch, the chase card below, these six were among the most valuable on September 30, 2026:
Blazing Cartesia, the Virtuous
RA04-EN041
Special Summons itself from your hand if you control Fallen of Albaz or it is in your GY. During the Main Phase (Quick Effect), it Fusion Summons a Level 8 or higher Fusion Monster using monsters from your hand or field.
Incredible Ecclesia, the Virtuous
RA04-EN039
Special Summons itself from your hand if your opponent controls more monsters than you. During the Main Phase (Quick Effect), you can Tribute it to Special Summon a Swordsoul monster or Fallen of Albaz from your hand or Deck.
Dragon Master Magia
RA04-EN055
A Fusion of Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon or 3 Blue-Eyes monsters plus a Chaos or Black Luster Soldier Ritual Monster. As a Quick Effect, it negates and destroys an opponent's card or effect, once per turn for each card type.
Effect Veiler
RA04-EN004
During your opponent's Main Phase (Quick Effect), send it from your hand to the GY to negate the effects of 1 face-up Effect Monster your opponent controls until the end of the turn.
Called by the Grave
RA04-EN092
Banishes a monster from your opponent's GY and negates the effects of monsters with the same original name until the end of the next turn. Limited to one copy.
Magical Meltdown
RA04-EN280
A Field Spell that adds Aleister the Invoker from your Deck when activated. Your cards that Fusion Summon cannot be negated, and your opponent cannot respond when you Fusion Summon a monster this way.
These four work in any deck, because none of them needs a particular archetype. The cheapest printing of each plays the same as the most expensive.
Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring
RA04-EN025
Discard it to negate an effect that adds a card from the Deck to the hand, Special Summons from the Deck, or sends a card from the Deck to the GY. Once per turn.
Nibiru, the Primal Being
RA04-EN030
If your opponent Normal or Special Summoned 5 or more monsters this turn, it Tributes as many face-up monsters on the field as possible and Special Summons itself from your hand, then gives your opponent a Primal Being Token.
Mulcharmy Fuwalos
RA04-EN050
If you control no cards, discard it (Quick Effect) to draw 1 card each time your opponent Special Summons from the Deck or Extra Deck this turn. In the End Phase, any cards in your hand beyond their card count plus 6 are shuffled into the Deck.
Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit
RA04-EN015
Send it from your hand or field to the GY to destroy a monster on the field that activates its effect, or a face-up Spell/Trap that activates its effect. Once per turn.
The Quarter Century Secret Rare Diabellstar the Black Witch (RA04-EN047) is the most valuable card in Quarter Century Stampede. It was $104.63 on September 30, 2026.
It barely leads. The Quarter Century Secret Rare Blazing Cartesia, the Virtuous was $100.69, less than $4 behind, and Incredible Ecclesia, the Virtuous was third at $86.73. Nothing else in the set was above $70.
The catalog lists Diabellstar the Black Witch at Quarter Century Secret Rare only in this set, so there is no cheaper printing of it here to compare.
Rarity is in the foil rather than the set code, so check it before you price the copy in your hand. Reading the set code and rarity →

Rarity does not change how a card plays, so if you only need a copy for your deck, buy the cheapest printing. Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring, for example, was $1.25 at Ultra Rare and $44.90 at Quarter Century Secret Rare on September 30, 2026.
Many cards here are restricted on the Forbidden & Limited List as of October 1, 2026. Thirteen are Forbidden, including Maxx "C", Trap Dustshoot and Splash Mage, so you cannot play them under the list. Eleven are Limited to one copy, including Called by the Grave, Terraforming and Linkuriboh. None is Semi-Limited.
Diabellstar the Black Witch Sets a Sinful Spoils Spell/Trap from your Deck when it is Normal or Special Summoned, so it does the most in a deck built around those cards.
April 10, 2025. Its set code, printed on each card, is RA04.
296 set codes, RA04-EN001 to RA04-EN296, for 293 different cards. Most codes come at several rarities, so the catalog lists 965 printings in all.
No. All 293 cards were printed before. The newest, Mulcharmy Fuwalos, was first released on October 10, 2024.
