Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG · 2025 Set Guide
The second core booster set of 2025: 100 new cards, with Regenesis and Mitsurugi as the biggest themes and a Quarter Century Secret Rare Dark Magician Girl the Magician's Apprentice as the chase.
Alliance Insight is the second core booster set of 2025, after Supreme Darkness. Its 100 cards break down into 49 Commons, 26 Super Rares, 14 Ultra Rares and 10 Secret Rares, plus 25 Quarter Century Secret Rares: one for every Ultra and Secret Rare, and Dragon Master Lords (ALIN-EN000), printed only at Quarter Century Secret Rare.
All 100 cards are new. Each one was first released in this set on May 1, 2025.
The set spreads across several themes. Regenesis gets eight cards and Mitsurugi seven, Ancient Fairy Dragon gets six and the Dragon Rulers five, with smaller runs for @Ignister, Diabell and Heraldry.
Alliance Insight has 100 set codes, each starting ALIN-EN and printed under the artwork on the right. Where a card comes at more than one rarity, every version shares its code, so the table counts set codes at each rarity and a code printed at two rarities is counted twice.
The 24 Ultra and Secret Rares count again in the Quarter Century Secret Rare row, which is why the rows add up to 124 printings for 100 set codes. The catalog lists ALIN-EN000 to ALIN-EN098 and ALIN-EN100, with no ALIN-EN099. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts the distinct set codes you own against the set's total, so a card printed at two rarities counts once, with an every-rarity count beside it for collectors chasing each version. Regenesis and Mitsurugi get the most cards in Alliance Insight, each with monsters, Spells and Traps of its own. The Dragon Rulers, Ancient Fairy Dragon, Diabell and @Ignister get smaller packages.

Ame no Habakiri no Mitsurugi is the only Alliance Insight card on the Forbidden & Limited List as of October 1, 2026. It is Limited, so a deck can run one copy.
The Regenesis cards care about monsters with 2500 ATK and DEF. Regenesis Lord is Special Summoned by banishing a monster with 2500 original ATK and DEF, and the Spell Regenesis can search a monster with 2500 ATK and DEF from your Deck, so those numbers decide which other monsters fit the deck.
Dark Magician Girl the Magician's Apprentice searches Shining Sarcophagus, which is not in this set, and gains 300 ATK for each monster in the GYs that mentions it. It does the most in a deck built around that card.
May 1, 2025. Its set code is ALIN.
100 set codes and 124 printings. The 24 Ultra and Secret Rares also come as Quarter Century Secret Rares, and Dragon Master Lords comes only as a Quarter Century Secret Rare.
