Every new Legend

Each set is built around its Legends, the cards that set a deck's two domains and name its champion. Spiritforged and Unleashed each added 12, covering the same 12 of the 15 possible domain pairs as Origins. Vendetta's 9 include the first Legends in Fury and Calm, Mind and Body, and Order and Chaos, so every pair now has at least one.

The chase card in each set

In Riftbound the value of a set sits above its printed total. Every 2026 chase card is an overnumbered or signature printing, and no main-set card from these sets was worth more than $37 on September 30, 2026.

The guides

Spiritforged (February 13, 2026). Riftbound's first set of 2026 and the first after Origins. It brings 12 new Legends, builds a whole theme around Equipment, and has the most valuable chase card of the year so far.

Unleashed (May 8, 2026). The second Riftbound set of 2026. It adds experience points to the game, with Hunt to earn XP and Level to spend it, and its chase card is a monster rather than a champion.

Vendetta (July 31, 2026). The newest Riftbound set and the smallest of 2026. Its nine Legends include the first three for the domain pairs no earlier set had, and its Akali is nearly as valuable as Spiritforged's Ahri.

Coming next: Radiance

Riot's card gallery lists Radiance (RAD) for October 23, 2026, with 167 cards in its main set. On October 1 it showed only seven Radiance cards, so its guide will follow once the set is out.
