Legends of the Force Set Guide

The Force set. The Force trait is on 120 of its 264 cards, a new token lets you bank the Force and spend it later, and two leaders carry only Heroism or Villainy.

Five Legends of the Force Prestige cards fanned out: Plo Koon, Qui-Gon Jinn, Yoda in front, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Savage Opress.

Legends of the Force is the fifth Star Wars: Unlimited expansion. It gathers Force users from every era: Jedi on 48 cards, Sith on 16, Nightsisters and Inquisitors, and Old Republic figures like Darth Revan, Darth Malak and HK-47. The Force trait is on 120 cards, nearly half the set, and the fighting is on the ground, where 129 of its 166 units belong.

Its new resource is the Force token. A card says "the Force is with you" to give you the token, and a card that tells you to "use the Force" spends it. You hold one at most, so the question each turn is whether to spend it now or keep it ready. Fifty-five cards make or use it.

The set also introduced Hidden, on 23 cards: a unit with Hidden can't be attacked in the phase it entered play.

Cards and versions

Legends of the Force has 264 cards. Each shows its set code, LOF, and its number along the bottom, and the set's other versions are numbered past the printed total.

Foil529 to 766238The Normal card in foil, numbered as its own printing, for every card except the leaders and the common bases.
Hyperspace Foil767 to 1004238The Hyperspace version in foil, for the same cards.
Showcase1005 to 102218One for each leader, in foil with new art.
Prestige1023 to 106846A shorter list of the set's units, each with new art. Carbonite packs only.
Prestige Foil1069 to 111446The same cards in foil. Carbonite packs only.
Prestige Serialized1115 to 116046The same cards again, individually numbered. Carbonite packs only.

Each version has its own collector number, which is how TurnZero HQ, the scanner and set completion tell them apart. Carbonite Edition packs, the publisher's premium booster, began with Jump to Lightspeed, and in 2025 every Prestige card came only from them, one in each pack. Serialized Prestige cards from these sets are numbered to 250, according to the publisher. The catalog lists 1166 printings of Legends of the Force in all. Telling the versions apart →

Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts a set from 1 to its printed total and keeps the Hyperspace, Showcase and Prestige versions apart as extras, so finishing the set and chasing its versions read as two separate goals. How set completion works →

Leaders

Sixteen leaders pair a main aspect with Heroism or Villainy. The other two, Darth Revan and Anakin Skywalker, carry only Villainy or only Heroism, so the base supplies the deck's only main aspect. Four to know:

Bases

Twelve bases, three in each aspect. The eight commons have 28 HP and the same ability: when a friendly Force unit attacks, the Force is with you. The four rares have 25 HP and each makes the token a different way, such as Mystic Monastery, which makes it as an action up to three times a game.

The Force token and Hidden

The Force token is yours alone, and you have it or you don't. "The Force is with you" creates it; "use the Force" removes it as a cost. Half the leaders in the set spend it, and every base in the set makes it, so a Legends of the Force deck can expect to have it most turns.

Hidden protects a unit for the phase it arrives: it can't be attacked that phase unless it has Sentinel. On a leader it covers the phase the leader deploys. Third Sister hands it out to the units you play.

Serialized Prestige cards

A serialized card's market price comes from a handful of numbered copies changing hands, so one sale can move it a long way. Treat these as a sign of where the money is rather than a price you can count on.

These are each card's TCGplayer market price on September 30, 2026. Prices for a new set can move a long way in its first months, so treat them as a snapshot. Each card's page shows today's price for Normal and Foil and its price chart. How card prices work →

Playing it

A Force deck is easiest to build on a common base, since any of the eight makes the token whenever a friendly Force unit attacks. The rare bases trade 3 HP for a way to make it without attacking, which suits a deck that would rather hold its units back.

Revan and Anakin take their main aspect from the base. That gives either one more freedom than a two-aspect leader, and it leaves the base, not the leader, deciding which cards you can play at their printed cost.
