Pillars of Strength is the third English booster, released June 30, 2023. Its Leaders range from East Blue (Kuro, Arlong, Nami) through Water Seven and CP9 (Iceburg, Rob Lucci) to the Big Mom Pirates (Charlotte Linlin, Charlotte Katakuri).

TCGplayer lists 155 printings: 123 base printings, 26 Alternate Arts, 4 Wanted Posters, a Manga Sogeking and a DON!! card. The Wanted Poster printings are four cards from earlier sets and starter decks in a bounty-poster frame.

Pillars of Strength's's cards carry block 1, which left Standard on April 1, 2026. A card reprinted later with a newer block icon, or named on Bandai's exception lists, stays legal; the rest are for Extra Regulation, which allows every block.

Cards and rarities

TCGplayer lists 155 printings in Pillars of Strength. 123 are base printings, the version of each card number with no special art, and the other 32 are special printings of those numbers and the set's DON!! cards.

The rarity counts above are the 123 base printings. A special printing keeps its card's rarity, so an Alternate Art Super Rare is still marked SR. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts a set by its base printings and keeps every other printing as a separate tally, so finishing the set and chasing its special printings read as two separate goals. The Leaders

Eight Leaders, two of them two colors with 4 Life. Nami's is the most unusual: when your deck runs out, you win instead of losing.

Playing it

Several Leaders here ask for a type: Kuro wants East Blue, Iceburg wants Galley-La Company, Rob Lucci wants his CP cards in the trash, and the Big Mom Leaders work with Life. A deck follows the Leader's type as well as its color.

Nami's deck-out win is the set's most distinctive plan, and her own attacks help it by trashing your top card. Its cards are block 1, so outside Extra Regulation the set matters through later reprints.

Tournament play adds Bandai's banned and restricted lists and, since April 2026, Standard rotation by the block number printed on each card. Check Bandai's current announcements before an event. Deck building rules →
